Do you know why we will win? because we are America. When it is all said and done, no matter what the government does, no matter what some corrupt Politician or political party may try to do, no matter what the rest of the world may think or believe about us, we will win because we are America.

We have always came back, we have been through the rough waters, the storms and the hard times, we have seen the lights of liberty dim on more than one occasion, a couple where it was almost extinguished, and we came back.

The British couldn't stop us, they tried twice and it didn't happen. The civil war didn't stop us. We rose above the conflict, and in the end, we healed the wounds that separated us, and even when we disagree now and fight among ourselves, we are still brothers under our stars and stripes. The Germans and the Japanese couldn't stop us. Twice the Germans tried, and twice they failed. The Japanese felt the full brunt of America's force when they refused to yield in the end of that world conflict, and the rest of the world knew America's patience with war and the loss of American lives would not be tolerated any longer.

Communism couldn't stop us. It tried and it failed. It is because of us that the Soviet Union could not expand further in the world with their godless doctrine of evil. It is because of us that the iron curtain fell and the regime crumbled and it is because of us that millions now have more freedom than they ever had, all around the world, under the tyrannical regimes that once governed them.

The rest of the world may not like us, it doesn't matter. The enemies of freedom may hate us, it doesn't matter. The dictators and despots may despise us, it doesn't matter. because we will stand strong, not because of what they think or what they may want, but because of what we know and because of who we are.

We've had bad leaders, we've had bad policies and we have had bad days, but we will win...Because we are Americans, and this is America. We don't quit, we don't give up, we don't surrender and we stand our ground. We still believe in God, the provider of our blessings, we still believe in Freedom and Liberty, because it is not given by man, but from the hand of Almighty God, and we still push forward, regardless of what may stand against us or before us, to be the best in the world, because we are the best in the world.

The Washington Establishment And Where We Are Now. Have They Violated Our Rights Or The US Constitution?

Sick of the Washington Establishment. Sick of the games they play with our tax dollars, with our Constitution and with our liberties and freedoms. I have heard the question asked, "How have they acted against your freedoms and liberties?" Since you ask...

George Bush and the Congress enacted the Patriot Act, which allowed the government access to spy on it's own citizens, showing a blatant disregard for the bill of rights, where search and seizure and due process are concerned. Obama just topped it off by making the Patriot Act permanent and signing the NDAA into law, along with Congressional approval of the Defense bill it was attached to, allowing the US Government to unlawfully detain US Citizens indefinitely if they feel they are a "Threat" to national security. Tell me that isn't an encroachment upon our freedoms and liberties.

$15 trillion in the hole, and another trillion just bit the dust under the Obama Administration. Now, they are pushing to raise the debt ceiling even higher. Floating debt we will never get paid off with fiat paper money that is going to be worthless if the bubble they are creating collapses, and someday, it will. What goes up must come down.

Obama writing an Executive Order forcing all health care providers in the US to offer birth control free of charge. There is no clause to protect Catholic health care centers, which are strongly opposed to birth control measures, because of religious beliefs, and they will be forced to adhere to the policy as well. But since when does an executive order give the President that much authority? It doesn't. This is not legislation that has been voted on and made into law, this is the decision of one man bypassing the rule of law, and it goes against the 1st Amendment. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof"..They have done exactly that. Prohibited the free exercise thereof with this unlawful executive order.

The Federal Government, under the Obama Administration, telling a business or corporation they cannot build a manufacturing plant in a specific state because of the right to work laws. Obama's National Labor Relations Board, which is nothing more than a board that promotes Unions over Non-union workers, told Boeing they had to build a plant in Washington and could not build it in South Carolina. Since when does the US Government at any level have the right to tell any business where they can build and what they can build or how they can build it?

The take over of the health care industry by the US Government with the mandate of forcing individual citizens to purchase a free market item. But not just any free market item...A free market item that must be approved by the Government. They have used the "Commerce clause" as their defense in doing this, taking it completely out of context of what is was written for and intended for.

So yeah, they are doing it, have done it and will continue to do it as long as We the People allow them to get away with it.

If you speak up, as a person in some place of prominence, you will be attacked, hounded and they will try to silence you. If they cannot silence you they will ridicule you and destroy your reputation or character, with or without proof. The Florida GOP is working with the Democrats to remove the seat currently occupied by Rep. Allen West. They want him out because he is too conservative and a threat to the establishment.

They attacked Herman Cain with unsubstantiated rumors and allegations, trying to destroy the man in the court of public opinion, because there, you don't need proof, you just have to spread the rumors and let them take hold. They did it to Sarah Palin, attacking her, her family and anyone around her. They did their best to make her look like an idiot and an airhead. Come to find out, her skills as a writer and speaker are far above the ability of Obama, Bush, or Clinton. But again, the court of opinion, no proof is needed, just put it out there whether it is true or not and let the sheeple soak it in through the bought and paid for media.

This is where we have arrived. A place that our Forefathers warned us about, a Government with more power than it was intended to have and that has become corrupted beyond recognition of being By the People or For the People, and a people grown lazy and obtuse to the facts and realities of what it taking place around them.

I refuse to vote for the "Lesser of Two Evils" this election, if in fact the election is even legal. Obama currently has law suits in four states to determine if he is even eligible to be on a Presidential ballot. One law suit, just this last week in Georgia, is in process right now. The sitting judge summoned Obama or his attorneys to the court to answer the claims put forth by the Plaintiff in the case, and no one showed. Again, their complete lack of respect for the laws of the United States. Why has Obama spent over 2 million dollars to keep his records sealed?

Then you have the primary voting that is taking place now and votes showing up from people who are dead in the ballot box. This was even caught on video in New Hampshire and the State Attorney General has opened an investigation.

So will we have an election that is not rigged already? The media damn sure isn't going to report any of it, they have laid down on the job so far, why would they get up and fight for what is right now? We know from the 2008 election that there were organizations that worked to cook the numbers and defraud the voters. If they did it then, what makes us think they will not do it again, as is being proven out in these GOP primary states?

This morning, I decided to look up a website URL for a family member who had been researching Rick Santorum to give to them to read more about him and the issues he stands for as a Republican Nominee for Presidential Candidate for 2012. So I went to Google and typed in "Rick Santorum". The second website to come up in the search was called spreadingsantorum.com. One page, of the most vile and disgusting attack on a person I believe I have ever seen in the political arena. This is what it said.

Santorum 1. The frothy mix of lube and fecal matter that is sometimes the byproduct of anal sex. 2. Senator Rick Santorum.

I have seen almost every kind of attack against Democrats and Republicans over the years that have been harsh and at times unacceptable, but this one, well, it takes the cake for me.To understand this type of behavior, you have to understand the Far left Liberal Mind. it is not a complicated study. you just have to look at the influences present and the thought process behind it and you get a clear picture of why these people are as evil and corrupt as any group could be. So here we go, taking a journey into the darkness that is Liberal Idiocy And The Corrputed Mind.

The core problem with the liberal mind is the misguided and cancerous belief that strong leadership invariably equates to spending. The solution to better schools? More funding, they cry. How to eradicate poverty? Give the poor money, of course, through wealth-spreading programs. How to tackle unemployment? Well, you get it. (American Thinker)

Liberals have the mindset that the government should throw money behind every social service that could be possible for the American People. They also believe that the rich, although there is some discussion on just how much money you have to have to actually be rich, should pay more in taxes to help support this endeavor.

Herein lies the problem with this thinking. Even if you tax the rich of all the money that they have, you will not have enough money to fund all of the social programs that the Liberal wants to fund. Barack Obama has just shown what Liberal Spending does. it places you 5.2 trillion dollars further in debt with no real results to show for it.

The 8.5 percent unemployment rate announced on Friday is in line with the rate the Obama administration forecast if the $825-billion stimulus package did not pass – it was signed into law in February 2009 and, besides funding myriad government projects and more public employees, was supposed to keep unemployment below 8 percent. The unfettered Liberal mind seems to be unable to grasp the concept of if you don't have any money coming in to the coffers, then you cannot spend it. There are many that honestly think that Washington can just print more. Well, they can, but you will just get more debt to pay for with interest later and you can only follow that destructive course of action for so long. Common sense tell you you cannot spend what you do not have. Emotionalism tells you spend it and we will make up for it later. How? Well just tax the people that have more money.

Robin Hood was a romantic figure, but his economic principles do not work on a large scale economic basis.

Liberals recently like to call themselves "progressive thinkers". In this statement, they imply that they are willing to think outside of the box and explore many different and new ideas and ways to accomplish greater things. This also implies that those who do not want to venture outside of their box and cling to tradition and religious beliefs are the opposite of themselves or, non-progressive thinkers. You will find out, very quickly, that the group of people who say they are all about open mindedness and equality will move quickly to silence you if you disagree with them and their ideology. If you are not a Liberal, then you are some misinformed little creature that needs to be educated, or worse, you are a Conservative that has no brain and no heart. If you fall into the conservative group, you are also probably a hatemonger, a racist and a bigot because of your beliefs. If you are a Conservative Christian, it is worse. Then you are a close minded, hate mongering racist bigot that believes in a fairy tale God and a book of fables. In truth, they are only open minded and equality aware when it is their opinion alone.

The root core of anyone's belief system is going to impact the way they implement action into their own lives as well others around them. So let's look at the core of a liberal mindset.

Liberals are a mixture of people, Humanists, Socialists, Communists, Atheists and even some that call themselves Liberal Christians. What they have in common is their rejection of a belief in God and even with the professing Liberal Christian, it is always the eroded belief that the Bible is not the inerrant Word of God but is subject to question with errors in it that have separated them from Biblical truths.

In all cases, the liberals have cut themselves off to considering what the Bible has to say. In this rejection of God's Word, what they view as new possibilities with new ways are only rehashed failed attempts that are already revealed for the foolishness that they are. To the root of the problem in the Liberal mind. There is no God. If there is, then he has been reduced in power, in authority and in His ability to speak into the lives of people through his word. he has been reduced from a God who is Holy and Righteous and above the mindset of Mankind, to a lesser role as the all loving, all tolerant and socialist God who wants everyone to have everything equally on the earth. A socialist God.

And in that lies the real problem of the Liberal mind. Either there is no God, or if there is, then He most certainly cannot be the God the traditional Christian teachings make Him out to be.

The problem of the Liberal lies in the name that is their title. Liberal. They want to be able to live as they want to live, do whatever they wish to do and feel that they are entitled to whatever they wish and there is no authority to tell them otherwise. They lean towards socialism, but only if it is a socialism that applies what they deem as equality and fairness for all. Each person on the same level playing field, regardless of lifestyle, monetary means or ability. That is, until you disagree with their Utopian idealism and they will not tolerate that.

We have allowed it to be taught in school that there is no God. Mankind was a sudden product of an astronomically improbable event that had to have occurred, and through the eons of time, we came from a one-celled organism into being all that you see today. They teach evolution as fact, though there are looming gaps within the theory itself so huge you could pass the "evolving" world through it.

Evolution presupposes cells that have these built-in capacities. Is it even reasonable to speculate that random combinations of chemicals could have produced so marvelously complex and functional a thing as a living cell? That's like positing that chance combinations of atoms could have assembled themselves to produce an airplane. But, Dawkins, who is a devout Atheist refuses to comment on how it all occurred. Well, it must have happened that way because we are all here. He refuses to acknowledge what even science has shown him, that there must have been a Creator because it is the only logical equation to the problem.

But the Liberal mind cannot fathom this, just as it cannot fathom the ideal that there are those who have more than they have. it is very much like the mind of a three year old child. When you are dealing with a three year old child, whatever is in the room, by default, belongs to them. If it does not belong to them, then in their mind, it should. If you do not allow them to have something they see in the room, then there is a very good chance, as with a three year old child, that they will throw a tantrum. Most three year old's will wait until you leave the room and try to gain access to the item anyway. If they know you won't allow it, they will wait til you are not looking and take it. What is theirs is theirs and what is yours or someone else's is theirs.

Liberals, for some reason, never develop past that mindset when speaking of property, money and goods. Just as a kid who has a great toy does not understand why another child does not have the same great toy. He usually won't be willing to give up his great toy in most cases, Oh, he may share awhile, but it is still his toy, but he may thinks someone should get that other child a great toy, too. In the end, the child may wind up with two great toys because as always occurs, what is mine is mine and what is yours is mine. Unless an adult steps in to settle the dispute, there will be bedlam in Toyland.

I know some will see this as a simplistic explanation, but it is what it is. Look at the Occupy Wall Street Protesters. They are all against capitalism and most of them are using computers and technology at these events made by who? Capitalistic companies. These same individuals have torn up property and businesses, left tons of garbage behind, been violent with authorities and even become belligerent with store owners who refused to give them free items they felt they were, get this, entitled to.Perhaps the best example is how these Free-open-minded-lets-share-the-wealth idealistic Liberals really think is that when homeless people showed up to the protests in New York City, these same protesters ran them off from the camp because they did not want to share their food with them. Never mind the number of thefts and sexual assaults and physical violence that has occurred against each other in the OWS camps.

This, is the mindset of the Far left liberal. this is what we are creating in our colleges and universities with the Professors who think they are elitist because they have studied Mao, Marx and Lenin, trying to turn the minds of our children against those things that have been traditionally held points of view on morality and Values.

When you take out the equation of morals and values, then you have no foundation for individual character to be built upon, the house is situation on sinking sand. If there is no moral absolute, and relative truth is the mindset, that what I believe to be true is true because I believe it to be that way, then you have no integrity built into the lives of these people. They truly are wondering in the darkness not even realizing there is no light to guide them.

They believe themselves "Enlightened", but in truth, the Far Left Liberal mind is a trap for bondage and real bigotry and hatred, thrown out at those who will not give them what they want or what they believe they should have.

A Virginia pro-life group reports it has been listed as an "extremist" organization in a state report.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security issued a report last week that created quite a storm, claiming certain groups of people are at risk for being or becoming "extremists" as members of "right-wing" organizations. That report identified no specific groups. But Dennis Green of Life & Liberty Ministries received a call from a friend who found his group's name listed on a state report.

"Our ministry was named as being a potential domestic terrorist in a report," says Green. "It was the '2009 Virginia Terrorist [Threat] Assessment' report put out by the Fusion Center -- and it was for the Virginia State Police." (Onenewsnow.com)

Basically, the US Government has decided to partner with State and Local Police, EMT and Fire agencies to share information and threat related material. it all sounds good in theory, doesn't it? Man, those guys in the Government looking out for us citizens to catch Terrorist. But, as you can see from just the few reports I have already shown, it would seem that the "Threats" that are being looked for are not related to what the American people would deem as a terrorist threat.

They are not pin-pointing just Radical Islamist, which are shown to be the major contributors to world-wide terrorism, but they are also issuing reports on organizations and individuals who have never once shown any sign of threat or domestic terrorism, only what the government deems a threat to them.

Is this what our Taxpayer dollars are paying for? The monitoring of US Citizens and domestic groups in our nation that have had no ties whatsoever to "Extremist" activities?

This alone, coupled with the rising concern by some, of millions of dollars now being spent to fund local and state police agencies with Military equipment, should make warning bells go off in most normal peoples heads. Why are we militarizing our local and state police departments? Do local Law Enforcement Agencies actually have a need for federally funded bullet-proof assault vehicles?

Looking at it from the prospective of a person who worked in law enforcement and security for over a decade, it would seem that they are building up and bulking up not for "Preserving" the peace, but for "Enforcing" the peace. There is a huge difference in the two mentalities.

We also know about the NDAA, which I have discussed on this blog previously, and about the "Secret" Committee that makes the determination of who will be on the Presidents "Kill List", and.looking at each of these issues individually is alarming enough, but when you look at them together, and start putting pieces of the puzzle together, what does it say?

Is our government getting ready to go after US Citizens who do not tow the political line and politically correct mantra of the day, and have them detained indefinitely as "Terrorist" or as a "Threat"?

Are Police Departments across the nation getting ready to enforce and impose Martial Law on the Citizens they are sworn to protect if the US Government decides that the political climate is to "Risky" or "Dangerous" for American Citizens?

And who will make the determination on who is or who is not a threat? The Government? So that means depending on who is in charge at the time, ANYONE could be a "Threat", depending on what they think, believe, uphold or defend.

We have started in some very dangerous and dark waters in our country. The last 10 years has seen us move from a country that has stood for individual liberty and freedom to become a country who's Citizens are being pressed down by a federal government who has sought more power, more clout and more authority. We have the "Elitist" in Washington DC wanting desperately to tell us how we will live, what we will think and what we can and cannot do. They truly think that they know better for us than we know for ourselves.

Back to the Republican "Extremist" comments from the Obama Campaign that started this blog...Given the current climate of fear that has been created by this Administration, and the Patriot Act from the last Administration, is calling any group of people who have not engaged in violent rhetoric or physical threats extremist a good idea? This label has been handed out even though no premise has yet been set for any of the accusations of being extremist to stick, unless you consider telling the government that you want smarter spending, less control over individuals lives, businesses and properties and lower taxes to be extreme.

I have to ask, just how extremist are the so-called "Tea Party Republicans" (By the way, you don't have to be Republican to be a supporter of the Tea Party)? Who makes the call one day that we have to deem these people as threats to our "National Security" because they would dare speak out against the "Good" the government is trying to do for the nation?

If you ask me, Mr. Messina's words are not only inappropriate, but also a set-up for what the Leadership of this current Administration would like to see. They have proven, time and time again, that they do not respect or even respect the rule of law or the Constitution that supplies a framework for them to work within.

And if it is not this current Administration, then when and what Administration will it be that clamps down on US Citizens and their Rights and throw their Constitutional Liberties to the wind?

Because we have seen through history, that the more power you give to those in Leadership, the more inclined that Leadership is to push eventually for more power. We have seen over and over that absolute power does and will corrupt absolutely. The mistakes of Germany in 1933 or the Stalinist Regime in Soviet Russia come to mind for me. Is this the direction we are heading as America? To have a Dictatorial and Totalitarian Police State rule over us?

In the end, this can only end badly if we do not take the steps to reign it in now.

I AM A PATRIOT

I believe in the 1st Amendment Rights of US Citizens. No one has the right or authority to impede that right when used in a lawful and orderly display. My voice, as a Citizen, is just as important as anyone else's right, regardless of what it may be.

I believe in the 2nd Amendment, and believe that every law abiding US Citizen has the right to keep and bear arms within the borders of the United States.

I believe in the 3rd Amendment, and that the Government cannot force me to house the Military in my home or on my personal property, except where prescribed by law in during war time.

I believe in the 4th Amendment, and that US Citizens are protected from Unreasonable Search and Seizure, and that all searches and seizures must be backed with probable cause and issued by a warrant judicially.

I believe in the 5th Amendment, that all US Citizens are entitled to due process of the law and that no person can be made to give testimony against themselves, nor can they be tried for the same criminal offense twice.

I believe in the 6th Amendment, that every US Citizen has the right to a speedy and public trial. That we have the right to confront our accusers in court, to call witnesses in our favor and the right to be represented by legal counsel.

I believe in the 7th Amendment and the right of every Citizen to be tried by a jury of their peers, and that upon the decision of that jury, cannot be tried again in any court in the United States.

I believe in the 8th Amendment, to have the right to not have an excessive bail imposed against me if jailed or that excessive fines cannot be issued by any court against me and that I am protected from cruel or unusual punishment as a Citizen.

I believe in the 9th Amendment that states clearly that neither the US Government, nor any other power made by man, can infringe upon, disparage or deny me any of my rights or freedoms not covered or written within the framework of the US Constitution.

I believe in the 10th Amendment, that the Individual States and the People, have all authority not set forth, or denied to, the US Government by the US Constitution. The State should have more power than the Federal Government, and the People should have more power than the State.

Now, because I believe in these rights, given not by man, but accordingly, by GOD, as stated clearly by America's Founding Fathers in their Declaration of Independence from Britain...I am now considered a "Threat" or could be considered a "Suspected Terrorist" by the US Government. The very same Government that is suppose to protect those very rights I have just claimed!

To this point I say this. I do not fear my Government and no Citizen should. As a Citizen with the power of my vote and the power of my voice, and the rights provided to me by our US Constitution, the US Government should fear me and my fellow Citizens!

The Emancipation Proclamation...And The Truth...

Oh goodness...the news Media is celebrating the Emancipation Proclamation that "Freed the Slaves" ...Not to be a buzz kill, but let me tell you what really happened while the media tries to rewrite history once again.

The Emancipation Proclamation was issued by then President Abraham Lincoln on January 1st, 1863. Keep in mind the Civil War Started officially on April 12th, 1861 with the attack at Ft. Sumter, SC. This is a fact that must be presented to show that the Civil War was NOT a war against slavery. It took Lincoln nearly two years to make the Proclamation after the start of the war. And it was not because Lincoln had a deep affinity for people of color, it was out of necessity that he made the proclamation. Lincoln knew the North was losing the war on all fronts against the South, and it was a political decision to garner support for the North by the majority of Americans, even in the South, who were anti-slavery. In truth, less than five percent (5%) of the people in America owned slaves and less than one percent (1%) owned more than twenty (20) at a time. Among that number was Free Blacks who owned slaves as well, a fact often overlooked by the Liberal Left.

The truth about slavery in the war? In July, 1862, the war was going badly for the North, so Congress passed a law freeing all Confederate slaves who came into the North's lines. This helped the North by allowing the former slaves to join the Union Army and help the North win the Civil War. Be clear in this, there were still slaves working in the North when this occurred! The legislation was to push against the South! Also never mentioned is that there was Black Units fighting for the Confederacy. I guess telling that wouldn't paint the "Bad Ole' South" bad enough.

The Emancipation Proclamation did NOT free any slaves. Not one was freed by it. What did free the slaves, across all of the United States, was the 13th Amendment of the US Constitution, signed into law on December 18, 1865.

NDAA - National Defense Authorization Act of 2011...Say Hello To The Police State

"Rumors have been floating around the Internet for the past week or so that Obama signed NDAA into law before Christmas. Well, he didn't. But that doesn't really matter now, because today he did.

According to the ACLU, President Barack Obama just signed one of the most controversial bills into law since the Patriot Act. The sad part is that neither the House nor the Senate nor Obama seemed to think it was all that controversial, as it passed overwhelmingly in both the House and the Senate, and the president just signed it (even though he had at one time threatened to veto).

In case you haven't heard, H.R. 1540: National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 or NDAA, is not your typical defense spending bill. It gives authority to the president (or perhaps it'd be more fitting to call him king or ruler at this point) to order the military to indefinitely detain U.S. citizens without official charge or trial on the mere suspicion of being a terrorist or linked to a terrorist organization." If you didn't catch that last part, let me reinterate for you. this bill will allow the indefinite detention of US Citizens "Suspected" of being terrorist or having terrorist ties. basically, it throws the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights under the bus so the US Government can do what it wishes when it wishes in regards to the "War on Terror"

Republican Presidential Contender Ron Paul had some words about this bill:

"Little by little, in the name of fighting terrorism, our Bill of Rights is being repealed...The Patriot Act, as bad as its violation of the 4th Amendment, was just one step down the slippery slope. The recently passed (NDAA) continues that slip toward tyranny and in fact accelerates it significantly. The main section of concern, Section 1021 of the NDAA Conference Report, does to the 5th Amendment what the PATRIOT Act does to the 4th. The 5th Amendment is about much more than the right to remain silent in the face of government questioning. It contains very basic and very critical stipulations about due process of law. The government cannot imprison a person for no reason and with no evidence presented or access to legal counsel."

This bill is very vague on who and what is covered under the term "Suspect" My question for the reader is, who decides who or what is suspect? If you said the US Government, then you would be right.

We have already seen what they are capable of determining to be suspect. in 2009, the Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) released a secret report to Missouri Law Enforcement Agencies, in partnership with the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI, of course.

"The analysis center-compiled report flagged certain activities of individuals or groups, linking them prone to militia membership or domestic terrorist activity. These indicators include “subversive” literature, selected political bumper stickers and religious and anti-abortion paraphernalia. The “Modern Militia Movement” document identified supporters of third-party candidates and those displaying the “Don’t Tread on Me” flag of the Revolutionary War and even the American flag as objects for added surveillance." Since the inception of the Patriot Act under George W. Bush, the continued wearing down and widdling away of our Constitutional Rights as American Citizens has been underway. It is a documented fact that the White House under George W. Bush was targeting "Conspiracy Theorist" as "Terrorist Recruiters" as far back as 2006, although the Main Stream Media never reported on this activity. (PrisonPlanet)

What we are seeing is the rise of an American Totalitarian Police State. On top of the information I have given in this article, (All from reliable sources that have been checked and double checked by me), FEMA Camps across the US are now being activated. They are going into stand-by mode to be ready to detain whoever the Government feels they need to be detaining, when the Government feels they should be detained. Folks, we have seen the Unconstitutional acts of Police and Federal Agencies since Hurricane Katrina, when police and Federal Agents confiscated guns and ammunition from Law Abiding Citizens in New Orleans, without warrants, without due cause or due process.

We have seen the Patriot Act allow Federal, State and Local agencies arrest Citizens and search their homes and belongings without warrants and we have seen monetary assets frozen by the US Government for those "Suspected" of terrorist ties. Also revealed and just hitting the main Stream Media for a very short time was the information that a secret government committee, made up of individuals within the US Government, who we still do not know the identities of, are the ones who decide Who will make the Presidents "Kill List". They did it to Awlaki, a known combatant to the US, but still a US Citizen, who else will they deem "Necessary to Kill" (The Atlantic) (National Journal)

For some, this will all seem "Over The Top". Some will read what is written here and in the source material and say "This is absurd, not in America", but the fact is, it is happening right here, right now in America.

My advise to US Citizens.

Keep a 3 month supply of canned and dried good available.

Keep firearms and ammunition safe. The government has no right to know how many or what kind of firearms you own if you are a law abiding citizen. I would suggest a shotgun, pistol and rifle with at least 500 rounds each.

Have a plan. if things go down fast, you will want to make sure your family is safe. have meeting points known only to you and your family. have planned escape routes mapped out ahead of time, at least two, in case one is not viable. make sure you have a safe point or safe house that no one knows but YOU and your family.
If you have a good inner circle of friends, who are planning as you are, then network with them to organize after things go down. Word of mouth and known "Meeting" spots between small groups may be a good idea to have ready.

Go off the grid. Cell phones, debit cards, credit cards, computers, anything electronic, can and will be used to track those the government wants to find. Keep a store of cash in a safe location for such an event. There are a number of good items for going off the grid. hand cranked radio and walkie-talkies to name a couple. they may be worth the investment.

I am sure that once the Government reads this blog, I will be on a list if I am not already, which truth be known, I probably am. But I have only one thing to say to those who would see this posting as "Conspiracy". Keep a couple of things in mind. In WWII, we interred Japanese Americans just for their heritage. In the civil war, Lincoln suspended Habeas Corpus and the rights of Citizens with that suspension. None of this is new to our nation, and if they did it then, what makes anyone think, with the corruption and widespread greed for power and money the Officials in Washington DC have now, that they will not do it again?

Herman Cain...The Political Assassination Continues

So now Herman Cain has a woman claiming a 13 year affair. Cain states he knows her and has known her about that amount of time, but there has never been any affair, and like the other accusations, stated he has never been inappropriate in his personal life with women.

Personally, I believe him, and here is why.

The other two women have been proven to be out for the kill. Their past shows much to be gained monetarily from coming "Out" about Cain. One is completely ridiculous in her story the other is a known "Accuser" and habitual "Offended" person...One received a severance package to to go to her next job and file another complaint, and the other story had so many holes and loops in it, as well as her financial problems, that only a complete fool would follow it down a rabbit hole.

Some things do not add up about this woman's story. First, she states that they have stayed at the Ritz together as well as eating at some high end restaurants. Now, as well known as Herman Cain is in the Atlanta, GA area...Don't you think this would have come out before now? If you are doing this in public, for 13 years?...Really? I don't care how much of a "Playa" Cain might be, there is no man THAT good.

Second. This woman as well has a history of predatory stalking against others, and has even been taken to court for those actions. Also is the fact that she has had a number of eviction notices in the last couple of years and one just recently. But nah, she wouldn't be looking for a money trail now would she? I would say Cain's explanation of trying to help the woman get her act together financially is probably right on the money.

The news agency that broke the story got a "Tip" from an anonymous caller, and she decided to come forward, and that even though her and Cain were "Close" friends, and he was so good to her, she just had to step up to tell her story. Sorry, but it doesn't sound to me like they were that close. Even if something was going on, a "Close" friend would not decide to sell you out just because they felt bad for the "Other" women.

Also is the "Proof". She had Cain's cell number on her phone and text messages from him. Hmm, wonder why the news agency that broke the story didn't decide to share the text messages?. I mean, if there was incriminating evidence there, wouldn't they want to make that public? But they didn't. Also, even though there are calls and texts at all hours, we do not know if those texts or calls were started by her. Could she have text him or called him first to initiate the calls or texts? She most certainly could have.

Look, given her past history and current history, I would put her on the same playing field as the other accusers. the fact is, the media despises and fears Cain. they despise him because he is a conservative black man that thinks for himself and has plans to end their dreams of socialistic bliss. He is feared because he does not fall in line, like he has stated before, like a "Black on the Democratic Plantation". He says what he believes and what he will do. He has backbone, and they cannot abide by that.

What they are trying to do to Cain is exactly what they have done to Sarah Palin. There has to be no real proof, just the accusation or rumor, and they run with it. it amounts to nothing more than political assassination so the media can help control who gets the Republican Nomination.

Abortion. Why It Should Be Outlawed In Most Cases

Since 1973, it is estimated that there have been near 50 million abortions performed in America. That number become staggering when you look at statistics around the world.

Number of abortions per year: Approximately 42 Million
Number of abortions per day: Approximately 115,000

And in America

Number of abortions per year: 1.37 Million
Number of abortions per day: Approximately 3,700

For me, this is an unimaginable number. Also the fact that 83% of all abortions in the world are obtained in developing or third world countries each year tells me that developed countries are playing a huge part, mostly through United Nations measures, to make this happen. That is the American Taxpayer dollar at work, since the US is the largest contributor of funds to the UN.

Here are some more interesting facts about abortion.

Who's having abortions (age)?
52% of women obtaining abortions in the U.S. are younger than 25: Women aged 20-24 obtain 32% of all abortions; Teenagers obtain 20% and girls under 15 account for 1.2%.

Over half of the women receiving abortions are younger than 25. These are women and girls who are just beginning to live life, high school and college aged young women. What does that say about our society as a whole? That somewhere, our "Sexual Education" courses are not working to keep young people from having unprotected sexual intercourse. The flip side of this coin is that becomes a very large number of women who are leaving themselves open to also contracting STD's. There is a lot to be said for the phrase, "When you sleep with someone, you have slept with everyone they have slept with as well" On that note, one report stated that 1 out of 4 college aged people have or have had some form of STD. So if you are looking at a group of college kids in a class of 20, it is a safe bet to say that 4 people in that class may have an STD or have had one. If the thought of not having sex to keep from getting pregnant does not stop you, the thought of contracting an STD should.

Who's having abortions (race)?
While white women obtain 60% of all abortions, their abortion rate is well below that of minority women. Black women are more than 3 times as likely as white women to have an abortion, and Hispanic women are roughly 2 times as likely.

Black women are 3 times more likely and Latino women are 2 times more likely to have an abortion than a white woman. Oddly enough, Planned Parenthood, one of the largest providers of abortions in America, have the majority of their abortion clinics in urban and inner-city areas. Not a coincidence since the founder of the organization was a proponent of Eugenics and controlling the "Inferior" races through birth control. Of course, Planned Parenthood tries to distance itself from Margaret Sanger, but all one need to do is look at the literature given at planned parenthood and the number of abortions performed on minority women, and you can see it has become an epidemic of genocide against minority races.

Who's having abortions (marital status)?
64.4% of all abortions are performed on never-married women; Married women account for 18.4% of all abortions and divorced women obtain 9.4%.

According to the statistics, unmarried and divorced women make up 73.8 percent of all abortions. Again, this to me is a sad commentary on where we are morally in this nation. We are at a place that no one wants to accept responsibility for their personal actions. the fact is, having sex out of wedlock has consequences, one of those being the chance of pregnancy, yet instead of stepping up to the plate to show responsibility for their actions, it is much easier just to abort the child than it is to care for and nurture it.

Who's having abortions (religion)?
Women identifying themselves as Protestants obtain 37.4% of all abortions in the U.S.; Catholic women account for 31.3%, Jewish women account for 1.3%, and women with no religious affiliation obtain 23.7% of all abortions. 18% of all abortions are performed on women who identify themselves as "Born-again/Evangelical".

The number of women who are supposedly "Religious" is incredible to me. I am not sure how anyone can read the Holy Scripture and come to the conclusion that abortion is okay. Apparently, these women who say they are Catholic or Protestant have never read enough or been taught enough what the Bible clearly states about the issue of children. 18% identify themselves as "Born Again", yet I have to ask, if that is the case, then how do they honestly justify their abortions in light of Scripture? The truth is, they can't.

Who's having abortions (income)?
Women with family incomes less than $15,000 obtain 28.7% of all abortions; Women with family incomes between $15,000 and $29,999 obtain 19.5%; Women with family incomes between $30,000 and $59,999 obtain 38.0%; Women with family incomes over $60,000 obtain 13.8%.

One of the biggest reasons to keep abortion legal, according to the Pro-Choice crowd, is that it is better to abort the child than to have an unwanted child growing up in poverty. Of course, they never want to debate the issue of the woman having enough personal responsibility to keep from becoming pregnant. Of course, that would interfere with their lifestyle choices, and we can't have people telling others they are wrong for having unprotected sex or sex in general whenever they wish. it is politically incorrect to tell a woman she can't "Do with her body what she wishes". Every action has a subsequent reaction. that is a fact of life these people do not want to face.

Why women have abortions
1% of all abortions occur because of rape or incest; 6% of abortions occur because of potential health problems regarding either the mother or child, and 93% of all abortions occur for social reasons (i.e. the child is unwanted or inconvenient).

Another argument you will here from the Pro-Choice crowd is "What about rape or endangerment of the mothers life." They use these arguments as if there is some massive "Rape" spree going on everyday, or that we somehow do not have enough medical technology and advancements in science to keep a mother or child's life from being in danger. Of course, there are those few situations that do occur, and that situation should be kept between a mother and father, their doctor and their God. Again, the facts don't line up with their arguments. The truth that only 7% of abortions are performed for either of those reasons lends little credibility to their reasoning.

At what gestational ages are abortions performed:
52% of all abortions occur before the 9th week of pregnancy, 25% happen between the 9th & 10th week, 12% happen between the 11th and 12th week, 6% happen between the 13th & 15th week, 4% happen between the 16th & 20th week, and 1% of all abortions (16,450/yr.) happen after the 20th week of pregnancy.

89% occur within 3 months of pregnancy. There really is no discussion on this subject necessary. Whether the child is less than 3 months or more than 3 months, it is still a child.

Likelihood of abortion:
An estimated 43% of all women will have at least 1 abortion by the time they are 45 years old. 47% of all abortions are performed on women who have had at least one previous abortion.

This number, again, astounds me. 43% or women will have an abortion by the age of 45? and 47% of women receiving an abortion have had an abortion before, and the fact of second abortions or even higher...It is hard for me to wrap my head around those numbers. I will openly admit, these percentages sadden me.

Abortion coverage:
48% of all abortion facilities provide services after the 12th week of pregnancy. 9 in 10 managed care plans routinely cover abortion or provide limited coverage. About 14% of all abortions in the United States are paid for with public funds, virtually all of which are state funds. 16 states (CA, CT, HI, ED, IL, MA , MD, MD, MN, MT, NJ, NM, NY, OR, VT, WA and WV) pay for abortions for some poor women.

14% of abortions in the US are funded with taxpayer money. That is unconscionable! Any amount of taxpayer money spent to abort a child is too much. Given that the majority of people in America now deem abortion wrong, the government, be it state or federal, is using their money to provide a service they do not support.

Of course, you never hear from the Media, which leans far left and supports abortion, about the negative aspects of abortion. They are never discussed or even heard about by the majority of people. to some in America, an abortion has become nothing more than a common outpatient medical procedure.

We have all seen the commercials for drug companies hawking their wares on television, probably more than we would have liked to, but one thing they must do is tell the side effects of the medications they are trying to sell as wonderful to the public. If they did this with abortion, this is what it might look like...

"Unwanted pregnancies can be difficult on the lifestyle choices you make. Perhaps you just aren't ready for that moment in your life, and if you aren't, then maybe an abortion is right for you"

*Cue side effects with announcer speaking a little faster now*
"Abortions may cause...Bladder injury, bowel injury, ectopic pregnancies, bleeding during future pregnancies, less likely to have normal delivery of future pregnancies, more problems and issues with the placenta in future pregnancies, low birth rate of future children, future children born are 3 to 4 times more likely to die in their last months of the first year of life, premature births of future children, a failed abortion, hemorrhaging, infection, laceration of the cervix, possibility of future miscarriages, perforation of the uterus, placenta previa, severe and rapid bleeding, sterility, retained products of conception, increased risk of breast cancer, hepatitis and HIV if blood transfusion needed during or after abortion, Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID), Incresaed risk of cervical cancer, increased risk of liver cancer, increased risk of ovarian cancer, and post-abortion syndrome...These symptoms may include recurrent dreams of the abortion experience, avoidance of emotional attachment to others, relationship problems,sleep disturbances, guilt, survival guilt, memory impairment,hostile outbursts, suicidal thoughts or actions, depression and substance abuse. these problems may occur days or even years later...And death.

WOW, that should make every woman want to rush right out and get one, huh? As a matter of fact, these things can happen so frequently that, as one Abortion Doctor put it...

"In medical practice, there are few surgical procedures given so little attention and so underrated in its potential hazards as abortion. It is a commonly held view that complications are inevitable." - Dr. Warren Hern, World Reknown Abortionist

All of this on abortion, and we haven't even dealt with the issue of what modern science tells us today about the unborn child. Since 1973, when abortion was declared legal by the US Supreme Court in Roe v. Wade, much has been learned we did not know at that time in fetal development and medical science. Here are some facts to think about dealing with the unborn child in the womb, according to the science of our day.

Four features of the unborn (i.e., the human zygote, embryo or fetus) are relevant to his or her status as a human being.

The unborn is living. She meets all the biological criteria for life: metabolism, cellular reproduction and reaction to stimuli. Moreover, she is clearly growing, and dead things (of course) don’t grow.

The unborn is human. She possesses a human genetic signature that proves this beyond any doubt. She is also the offspring of human parents, and we know that humans can only beget humans.

The unborn is genetically and functionally distinct from (though dependent on and resting inside of) the pregnant woman. Her growth and maturation is internally directed, and her DNA is unique and different from that of any other cell in the woman’s body. She develops her own arms, legs, brain, central nervous system, etc. To say that a fetus is a part of the pregnant woman’s body is to say that the woman has four arms and four legs, and that about half of pregnant women have penises.

The unborn is a whole or complete (though immature) organism. That is, she is not a mere part of another living thing, but is her own organism—an entity whose parts work together in a self-integrated fashion to bring the whole to maturity. Her genetic information is fully present at conception, determining to a large extent her physical characteristics (including sex, eye color, skin color, bone structure, etc.); she needs only a suitable environment and nutrition to develop herself through the different stages of human life. Thus, the unborn is a distinct, living and whole human organism—a full-fledged member of the human race.

This fact is confirmed by embryology textbooks and leading scientists.

“In The Developing Human: Clinically Oriented Embryology,” perhaps the most widely used embryology text, Keith L. Moore and T.V.N. Persaud explain: “Human development begins at fertilization when a male gamete or sperm (spermatozoon) unites with a female gamete or oocyte (ovum) to form a single cell — a zygote. This highly specialized, totipotent cell marked the beginning of each of us as a unique individual.”

Langman’s Embryology notes, “The development of a human begins with fertilization, a process by which the spermatozoon from the male and the oocyte from the female unite to give rise to a new organism, the zygote.”

Adds Dr. Micheline Matthews-Roth of Harvard Medical School, “It is scientifically correct to say that an individual human life begins at conception, when egg and sperm join to form the zygote, and this developing human always is a member of our species in all stages of its life.”

In 1981 a U.S. Senate judiciary subcommittee heard expert testimony on the question of when life begins. The official subcommittee report reached this conclusion:

“Physicians, biologists, and other scientists agree that conception marks the beginning of the life of a human being—a being that is alive and is a member of the human species. There is overwhelming agreement on this point in countless medical, biological, and scientific writings.”

The report also noted that “no witness [who testified before the subcommittee] raised any evidence to refute the biological fact that from the moment of conception there exists a distinct individual being who is alive and is of the human species. No witness challenged the scientific consensus that unborn children are ‘human beings,’ insofar as the term is used to mean living beings of the human species."

The evidence then shows that the unborn child is a living organism of the human species from his or her beginning of conception. Thus, to kill the unborn by abortion or for embryo destructive research is to kill a human being. This is not a moral claim about whether such killing is right or wrong, but a factual one, based on the scientific evidence of embryology. Again, in the words of an Abortion Doctor...

"Modern technologies have convinced us that beyond question the unborn child is simply another human being, another member of the human community, indistinguishable in every way from any of us." - Dr. Bernard Nathanson, obstetrician and gynecologist, Co-Founder of NARAL (statement made as an atheist)

Of course, the media will continue to spin the lies and half truths about abortion, as they always do for the causes they support. 50 Impeachable Offenses Committed By Obama...And Counting...

1. Convicted felon and Chicago real estate developer Tony Rezko’s purchase of land adjacent to Obama’s house in Hyde Park, IL. In 2006, Rezko, a convicted felon who was a huge supporter of Obama's Senate Campaign, sold a 10 foot strip of his property to Obama for $104,500, ($60,000 over assessed price), while Rezko was under federal investigation, rendering the remainder of Rezko’s $625,000 investment too small to be developed and, for all intents and purposes, worthless. the land had been purchased by Resko's wife the same day Obama bought his parcel of land.

2. The provision of Obama campaign donor lists to ACORN in 2007 and 2008, more complete than the ones he provided to the FEC. ACORN used the lists to raise money for Obama’s election from donors who had already maxed out their legally allowable contributions.

3. Widespread voter fraud including voter intimidation, ballot stuffing, falsified documents, and threats of violence against Hillary Clinton supporters committed by the Obama campaign and ACORN during the 2008 Democrat primary election. 7. Unsubstantiated firing of Corporation for National and Community Service Inspector General Gerald Walpin for exposing Sacramento Mayor and Obama supporter Kevin Johnson’s misuse of an $850,000 AmeriCorps grant.

Purchase of Congressional support for the passage of Obama’s healthcare bill including the “Cornhusker Kickback”, “Louisiana Purchase” and having the Department of Interior increase water allocations to the Central Valley of California to secure the votes of Democrat Reps. 14. Implementing a third oil-drilling moratorium after the first two were thrown out of court, creating a de facto Gulf Coast offshore drilling ban in opposition to two judge’s rulings.

15. Establishment of a commission to investigate the Gulf Coast oil spill that contains not one oil industry expert and whose transparent purpose is to push a partisan political agenda rather than investigate the cause of the disaster.

16. Obama’s policy of intentionally not securing our nation’s borders, in opposition to Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution which calls for the President to protect states from foreign invasion, in an attempt to blackmail Republican support for comprehensive immigration reform. In essence, Obama is holding border states and residents politically hostage during a time they are being overrun by a narco-paramilitary invasion.

17. Department of Justice illegal race based policies regarding voter fraud as exposed by former Justice attorney J. Christian Adams. This includes the dropping of voter intimidation charges against 2 Black Panthers brandishing weapons in front of a voting location in Philadelphia and the stated intention by political appointees to ignore voter crimes committed by African Americans, Latinos and other minorities.

18. Department of Justice purposefully allowing some states to continue their disenfranchisement of military personnel serving overseas in direct opposition to the 2009 Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment (MOVE) Act, which was established in response to the more than 17,000 military votes that were not counted in the 2008 election because ballots had arrived after the deadline.

19. Recess appointment of Donald Berwick as head of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services without even a token attempt to put him through the Congressional nomination process, signaling that Congress’s constitutional obligation to vet presidential appointees means nothing to Obama. The same can be said of the 30+ Obama administration czars.

20. Spending $23 million of taxpayer money through the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to support a constitutional referendum in Kenya in spite of the Siljander Amendment, which makes it illegal for the U.S. to lobby for abortion in other countries. The Kenyan referendum was partially written by Planned Parenthood and is designed to legalize abortion in that nation.

21. The participation of the Obama administration in the firing of Sherry Sherrod from the USDA without due process because of publicized out of context remarks she made at a NAACP meeting in March 2010.

22. The White House sham investigation of BP’s involvement in the release of the mass murdering Lockerbie bomber from prison. The Obama administration not only knew beforehand of the Scottish government’s plan to set Abdel Baset al-Megrahi free on “compassionate” grounds, they even sent a letter to Scottish authorities stating their preference for his remaining in Scotland over his transfer to a Libyan prison.

23. The canceling of 77 properly filed oil field development contracts approved by the Bush administration by Interior Secretary Ken Salazar, preventing the extraction of up to 3 trillion gallons of oil buried under Colorado, Utah, Wyoming and North Dakota, more than enough to end our dependence on foreign oil and supply the U.S. with its energy needs for hundreds of years at current consumption rates.

24. Investigations by the Department of Homeland Security to determine the political affiliation of people making Freedom of Information Act requests and the subsequent delay and even altogether ignoring of requests made by Republican affiliated individuals.

25. The hardest to prosecute in court, but worst crime of all that Obama has perpetrated against the American people is the economic tyranny that his socialist policies have wrecked upon our nation. While Obama has been living the life of a king, including frequent 5 star vacations, dozens of concerts at the White House and endless rounds of golf, all paid for by taxpayer money—the increased transportation and security costs alone are in the millions of dollars—he has called for the rest of us to endure economic sacrifice. The annual trillion dollar deficits and borrowing of 41 cents of every dollar of government spending by Obama is leading to unsustainable and potentially catastrophic debt.

26. Obama’s term as Board Chair of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge in the mid-1990s where he and his colleague, unrepentant terrorist William Ayers, misused over $300 million in private donations meant to improve the education of minorities. Instead of spending the money on traditional learning programs, Obama and Ayers directed the funds to local community activists who wasted it on trying to “radicalize” the students. An official review of the program found that it was a complete and utter failure.

27. As an Illinois State Senator, Obama directed tens of millions in state money to slumlords Valerie Jarrett and Tony Rezko meant to provide for housing for low income, minority tenants in return for political donations. Due to shoddy construction and nonexistent maintenance, the majority of the units, after less than 10 years of use, have been rendered uninhabitable.

28. Michelle Obama’s politically connected $316,000 VP of Community Affairs job at University of Chicago Hospitals while her husband was serving as US Senator. She was responsible for the design of an illegal “patient dumping” scheme that prevents local African Americans from using the emergency room at one of the nation’s finest hospitals and instead redirects them to community healthcare centers where they often receive substandard and inadequate treatment. The high paying position was eliminated soon after Mrs. Obama’s departure from the university.

29. Millions in illegal contributions accepted by the Obama campaign during his presidential run. Credit card filters designed to screen out foreign money and domestic donors who had maxed out their legally allowable limits, as required by US law, were intentionally switched off.

30. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s ongoing effort to create international small arms accords that will subvert the Second Amendment rights of US citizens.

31. The Russian-American START treaty signed by Obama in April 2010 that has no chance of making it through Congress unless passed during the lame duck session. Not only does the treaty hamstring US missile defense development and make it difficult to modernize our rapidly aging nuclear weapons arsenal, it represents unilateral disarmament by the US in return for nothing more than Russian “good will”.

Providing de facto amnesty to illegal immigrants by Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director John Morton, who has prohibited ICE officers from enforcing US immigration laws outside the institutional setting. The ICE union has subsequently taken the unprecedented step of voting “no confidence” in Morton’s leadership.

34. Attorney General Erik Holder’s failure to sue sanctuary cities for violating US immigration law, while at the same time proceeding with a lawsuit against the State of Arizona for enforcing US immigration law.

35. Failure by Obama to treat the takeover of sovereign land in Arizona by the Mexican drug cartel as an Act of War.

36. Refusal by National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Administrator David L. Strickland to release results from an internal investigation into the Toyota sudden acceleration problem that contains findings favorable to the foreign automaker.

37. Ongoing efforts by FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski to gain control over the internet in opposition to a judge’s ruling and Congress’s will, by reclassifying internet companies as telecommunication providers thus making them subject to FCC regulation.

39. Obama’s month long stint as UN Security Council Chair in 2009, the first ever by a sitting U.S. President. Not only did this action give credibility to an international organization ruled by tyrants, it also called into question potential dual loyalties by our President.

40. The Obama National Security Strategy released in May that allows for the targeted assassination of US citizens including “homegrown terrorists” without due process. It has also been described by the Kremlin, which knows quite a lot about these kinds of things, as a “new law put forth by President Obama capable of seeing up to 500,000 American citizens jailed for the crime of opposing their government.”

41. Obama executive order signed in Dec. 2009 that allows Interpol to operate in US territory with impunity and without oversight by Congress, the courts, FBI or local law enforcement.

42. Deployment of 1,200 National Guard troops to border states where they will not, under any circumstances, be used to stop the flow of illegal aliens or drug traffickers.

43. A foreign policy that can be best described as the turning away of our allies, in particular Great Britain, Israel, Honduras, Poland, Columbia, and Taiwan, and the embracement of our enemies.

The State Department using $23 million in taxpayer money to help transform Kenya into a constitutionally communist nation where the freedom of speech is limited and private property rights are subservient to “social justice”. In addition, the recently adopted Kenyan constitution allows for the practice of Sharia Law in some regions, ensuring women will not be guaranteed basic human rights.

45. Obama’s refusal to hold press conferences and answer difficult questions as expected of a US President. Never in the modern age has there been a President so unwilling to answer to the American people for his actions. Considering the public’s growing anger towards his progressive policies, it is doubtful Obama will ever hold another press conference again.

46. The $26 billion bailout of the teacher’s unions that Obama recently signed into law. Not only was the money taken from food stamp programs for poor Americans in order to fund Democrat special interests, a portion will be skimmed off the top as union dues and funneled to Democrat political campaigns this fall.

47. Obama’s involvement with Governor Rod Blagojevich’s attempt to sell his old Illinois Senate seat. Even if Obama didn’t try to purchase the position for his chosen replacement, slumlord Valerie Jarrett, at the very least he had to know the seat was for sale.

48. Department of Interior Secretary Ken Salazar’s plans to take control of millions of acres of public and private land in Western states by designating them national monuments. These efforts are being carried out in secret and without input from Congress, state and local officials and current land owners.

49. Obama’s use of taxpayer money to pay for Democrat propaganda including $15 million for The American Reinvestment and Recovery Act road signs and $18 million for the perpetually misleading recovery.gov website.

50. The lasting damage Obama has done to the Jewish people. In his less than two years in office, there has been an outpouring of hatred towards the Jews the likes of which I thought I would never live to see. From Helen Thomas telling the Jews to “get the hell out of Palestine” to heavily armed, terrorist flotillas destined for the Gaza Strip described as “peaceful” by the western press. From throwing stones at little old ladies leaving synagogue in Sweden to the thousands of Jewish families fleeing Muslim persecution in France, a sea change in world public opinion against the Jewish people has been accomplished during Obama’s term. Because of his refusal to speak out against virulent anti-Semitism being pushed by left-wing politicians and Islamists around the world, the harm to the Jewish people will surely outlive his presidency and could have terrible, unforeseen consequences.

The Truth Of The Homosexual Agenda

Ever hear those quotes before? Oddly enough, the last one is straight from the first pages of the Satanic Bible. "Do what thou wilt". That fact alone should make each of us shudder and cringe and move quickly to reconsider that frame of thought.

3.5%. That's it. 3.5% of the entire population is the number that makes up the population of the homosexual community. Yet, the latest Gallup Poll shows that Americans believe it much larger. When asked what percentage of the population was homosexual, a large portion of those polled said at least 25%. This same 3.5% of the population also has more pull and power than almost any other segment of the population where legislation and political and social ideology are concerned.

This shouldn't be surprising considering the media saturation that is given to the homosexual lifestyle. When you realize how we are inundated as a society with a constant barrage of images, pictures, videos, and stories of the homosexual community, and how it is placed within a positive light on a continual basis, it becomes clear how such a large number of people would believe the homosexual community is much larger. It should also be noted that the very same media that promotes this lifestyle does nothing to shed light on the actual facts surrounding it. The main stream media agenda is very much the homosexual agenda, and that is to make everyone not just be tolerant of their side of the issue, which most people already are, but to make them be completely accepting of homosexual lifestyle choices.

What is the difference you ask? Merriam-Webster says:

Tolerance - Sympathy...For beliefs or practices differing from or conflicting with one's own.

Accept - To give admittance or approval to...To endure without protest or reaction... To regard as proper, normal, or inevitable.

There is a huge difference.

Though many people on the Left would probably find this next statement amusing, the fact is, morality has always mattered. It matters in a person's personal journey through life, in the community in which you live and in the country or nation that you call home. It matters in every aspect of our lives, for it is what drives us to be honest and fair in our business practices, our personal dealings, in our family matters and in every one of our encounters with others from day to day. But, things have changed in the world we live in today from what they use to be. We no longer judge a person based on their character and integrity. We no longer look at honesty as an important trait to have, and most of all, we no longer have a moral compass that guides us as a People in America. There are no absolutes, were right and wrong are concerned, we are in the "Do what thou wilt" mindset.

America has been under attack for sometime by the radical groups and organizations that want to push an agenda of immorality and Godlessness on the country. Over and over we see the effects of this in the news, of lawsuits and threatened lawsuits. In protests and picket lines. If you have a message that speaks for God or against immorality, you can bet you will not be met with open arms by today's media.

One of those most active groups doing this is found within the GLBT (aka LGBT) Community. Now, the question will be raised, "Don't we want everyone treated equally in America?" The answer is yes. But again, just like tolerance and acceptance, there is a very big difference in being treated equally and being offered "Special" rights or treatment as a group. Our Constitution guarantees equal and due process of the law for everyone, regardless of race, creed, ethnic background or otherwise. if you are an American Citizen, you automatically have those protections. The US Constitution guarantees liberty and freedom for all people. Now, it would seem, those protections mention in our most sacred of documents are not enough in some people's minds. The don't just need those, but they need more.

Our public schools also have been indoctrinated for some time now, being used as social incubator's instead of a place of learning, by the proponents of the homosexual agenda. The agenda and those behind it have worked their way in, through the liberal ideologies of current and past leaders, in Washington DC and the Individual State Senates, and through political coercion. The Department of Education has been the most responsible for bringing the issue into the classrooms and allowing material and subjects to be taught there, even without Parental knowledge or consent, that teach homosexuality as a normal and acceptable lifestyle. Everything from reading material such as "My Two Daddies" in Kindergarten classes to the ACLU now suing schools that take steps to block gay and lesbian website access from school owned computers on school grounds. Make no mistake about it, the fight continues daily for the minds of our children. The problem is, most parents are so busy trying to keep things afloat in this day and age that they have no real idea what is being taught to their kids. It's like having a fox in the hen house, and the Farmer is fast asleep.

We are turning out a generation that has been told that America hates gays and lesbians, that they are abused and mistreated at every turn, and that they need extra protection and the special rights compared to everyone else. Also flowing freely are the lies of being "Born" homosexual, even though no solid medical or scientific proof has ever once been presented, even after many years of research into the issue, to show this to be a fact. One of the biggest media cover-ups. it is typical propaganda from the Far Left...Spread the theory as truth, just like with the theory of evolution, and soon enough, they will believe it to be the truth and not just a theory anymore.

Kids, who are absorbing this information feel saddened by these reports being put out by the media and by the things they see being portrayed in television shows and movies as bigoted and hateful, believing fully that homosexuals are treated as second class citizens in our country. Not told to them is how much of the information they receive is based solely on opinion and misinformation and is not accurate nor even close to being the truth.

One of the big things going on in schools across America right now is the push to recognize homosexual "Bullying" as a major problem. Honestly, I don't know anyone who would say they support bullying of any person for any reason, but according to the GLBT, students who are homosexual are facing greater abuse and bullying because of their sexual orientation than are other students. The media jumped on a band wagon after a "Rash" of gay student suicides occurred recently. The problem here is, the facts just don't line up with the rhetoric being spouted by the news. ABC News called it an "Eruption" of teen suicides, and other media outlets grabbed onto the term "Epidemic". The truth of the matter is that 4 young people committed suicide within a two week period that was tied to their possible sexual orientation.

Now...Pay attention...On average, here are the factual numbers.

40 teen suicides occur each week in the US.
That means 4 teen deaths in two weeks would come from the number of 80 teen suicides, which statistics show is a "Normal" pattern. ("Normal" as there is nothing normal about suicide)
That number (4) is about 5% of the total amount of teens who committed suicide. Given the statistics that the homosexual population is said, by it's own admission, to be responsible for nearly 30% of all suicides in ages 16 to 24 in the US, then these 4 suicides are a much lower number than should even be expected.

4 suicides in 2 weeks is far from an "Eruption" or an "Epidemic" as the media would like to report it. In fact, it is probably less than should be expected if the numbers are calculated across the board.

Let me say this...Teen suicide, or any suicide for that matter, is horrible, and we should strive to help anyone who would consider suicide as an option to any troubles they may be facing, but the point to be made here is that the numbers are no where near what they are being made out to be in the cases of same sex attraction or homosexual teens committing suicide. It is simply media propaganda to further push their cause.

But even if the numbers don't line up, they press the matter as an epidemic. so who or what is to blame? Are other kids just that brutal to gay kids? Well, lets just take a look at where fingers are being pointed in our society.

Christians and those with the traditional belief in the Bible being the actual Word of God, receive much of the blame for the problems facing the homosexual community, or for those who have any problems dealing with their sexual orientation. Whether it is the increased alcohol consumption, the drug abuse or the suicide attempts by homosexuals, it is usually pointed out that religious intolerance is to be underscored and blamed. If Christians did not teach that homosexuality was a sin and those involved in it were actually sinning in the eyes of God, then these people would not be suffering.

Christianity is said to be "Intolerant" or"Bigoted" against the gay community, that they hate homosexuals and want to see them placed "Back in their closet", so to speak. Of course, this in not the case with the majority of most Christians. Christians who hold to the Bible as the truth, also hold to the fact that God may hate the sin of the homosexual, as he does the sin of anyone, but he most certainly does not hate them. He wants them to receive the truth and be saved, to be able to come out of the homosexual lifestyle...And right there may be the very reason those leading the homosexual agenda hate Christians so much. I will explain this in a moment.

Because of this, Christianity and other religions, according to homosexual "Experts", a term I use loosely, have caused people to feel trapped by their sexual orientation because they are made to feel somehow "Broken" or "Sinful". While it is true that the Bible is very clear on the sin of homosexuality, to say it is any religion's fault, or specifically, Christianity's fault, has never once been proven to be true. Much more possible and feasible, but never even considered by those same "Experts", is the one thing that is told to homosexuals who are struggling with this lifestyle choice..."You need to accept who and what you are". This is true especially when the person may feel the need to be in a different lifestyle than a gay lifestyle or have the desire to escape from the homosexual lifestyle.

"You can't change" "You are born this way". these are some common lines spouted by the homosexual community to those who would think of leaving the community. If someone leaves the homosexual lifestyle, they are most strongly ostracized by those in that very same community than they are by the rest of society as a whole. They are not suppose to think they are something else or could be something else, but homosexual. In truth, the feeling of being trapped may not come from religious conviction at all, but from within the very community which promotes the homosexual lifestyle. I know that this is not the "Politically Correct" view, but it may be much more factual in nature than most would believe.

More proof of this comes from the hate and disdain the homosexual community has for groups like Exodus International, which is a Christian based group that helps homosexuals leave the lifestyle if that is what they choose to do. At every Exodus International conference held, they are constantly being picketed, threatened and verbally attacked by gay groups and organizations and many times, by the media as well.

Understand, at no point has Exodus International ever forced anyone to be a part of what they are offering, yet, they are targeted as "Intolerant" and called even much more colorful names by radical homosexuals and those on the Far Left. Also hidden by the media is truth about the thousands of people who have successfully left the homosexual lifestyle and that now live productive and healthy heterosexual lifestyles. "But if you are gay, then you are always gay, right?" Not according to those who have changed their minds about it. But, again, you won't hear about this, because it doesn't fit the agenda.

So is it Christianity or any other religion that is causing the emotional and mental problems of those within the homosexual community? Or is it the thoughts and philosophies of the those within the homosexual community itself?

Sadly, the very people who want to force everyone to be totally "Accepting" may actually be doing more harm than good to people within the homosexual lifestyle.

We can't tell the kids this though. No way. We have to make sure they are on board with the agenda so that we can pass more special legislation for a lifestyle choice. We have to insure that the homosexual community has all the special rights they can have. the want to change the definition of marriage, heck, we have to let them. They have a right to be married like everyone else right?

Of course never considered in that argument is the Pandora's Box that is going to be opened when you change the definition of marriage from what it has traditionally been for centuries, between one man, one woman, as has been seen as ordained by God through the church and the Bible. Who will be able to be married next? The man who wants two wives? The man who wants to marry his pet sheep? How about the man who wants to marry his now dead girlfriend? Hey, let's not forget the man that thinks he should be able to marry a young child.

No? Not these people?...If you start changing the definition of marriage as it has stood since the beginning, then you open the possibility that if one thing has to be accepted, then what is to stop others things from having to be accepted as well? But hey, whatever makes you feel good, right?

I guess we also should not reveal these facts to those young people either...

Until 1973, the American Psychological Association considered homosexuality a mental disorder. So, why the change in their position? Was there some new research or information made available on the lifestyle?

In the 3 years leading up to the APA changing it's view on homosexuality, their annual meetings were disrupted by homosexual activist numerous times, with many forms of intimidation and threats being made against members of the association and those at the conferences. In 1973, with the backdrop of threats and intimidation continuing toward the trustees, ballots were sent out to the over 25,000 members of the association to vote on the matter of homosexuality. less than 25% of the ballots came back, with 58 percent of the votes returned favoring homosexuality being removed from the list of mental disorders. Hardly a unanimous decision, wouldn't you say?

It wasn't made because of new research, it wasn't made because of some discovery to the contrary of what had been believed...It was made because of political pressure from the homosexual agenda.

Four years later, Dr. Charles Socarides, who was at the meetings and was an expert in the area of homosexuality, having treated homosexuals for more than twenty years described the political atmosphere leading up to the 1973 vote. He writes that during this time, "militant homosexual groups continued to attack any psychiatrist or psychoanalyst who dared to present his findings as to the psychopathology [i.e., the study of mental disorders from all aspects] of homosexuality before national or local meetings of psychiatrists or in public forums." Elsewhere Socarides stated that the decision of the APA trustees was "the medical hoax of the century."

Robert Kronemeyer, in his work Overcoming Homosexuality, writes: "With rare exceptions, homosexuality is neither inherited nor the result of some glandular disturbance or the scrambling of genes or chromosomes. Homosexuals are made, not born 'that way.' I firmly believe that homosexuality is a learned response to early painful experiences and that it can be unlearned. For those homosexuals who are unhappy with their life and find effective therapy, it is 'curable.'

Also some things we shouldn't reveal to our kids...

Only 10% of male homosexuals could be called "relatively monogamous" or "relatively less promiscuous."

60% of male homosexuals had more than 250 lifetime sexual partners, 28% of male homosexuals had more than 1,000 lifetime sexual partners.

79% said more than half of their sexual partners were strangers.

Dr. William Foege, Director of the CDC, stated, " The average AIDS victim has had 60 different sexual partners in the past 12 months...Contrast that with heterosexual males at 5 to 9 sexual partners...During a lifetime!

Homosexual Males have a life expectancy 20 years less than their heterosexual counterparts.

Smoking is 3 times higher for homosexuals.

Alcohol abuse is 7 times higher for homosexuals.

Illicit and illegal drug use is 19 times higher for homosexuals than their heterosexual counterparts.

76% of all reported AIDS cases occur in homosexual men, with the infection rate 26 times higher than for the general population.

Homosexual teens are 4 times as likely as their peers to suffer from major depression, almost 3 times as likely to suffer from generalized anxiety disorder, nearly 4 times as likely to experience conduct disorder, 5 times as likely to have nicotine dependence, 6 times as likely to suffer from multiple disorders, and over 6 times as likely to have attempted suicide.

Gay activists often claim that lack of social acceptance is the primary cause of mental problems experienced by persons who engage in homosexual activity, but evidence shows from a study in the Netherlands, where homosexuality has long been accepted and protected under law, indicates that “psychiatric disease cannot be attributed to social rejection and homophobia”. In fact, same-sex couples now have the right to marry in the Netherlands.

A recent study in the American Journal of Public Health has shown that 39% of males with same-sex attraction have been abused by other males with same-sex attraction. "Domestic" violence is also much higher in homosexual relationships than their heterosexual counterparts.

The list of medical diseases found with extraordinary frequency among male homosexual practitioners as a result of abnormal homosexual behavior is alarming:

Sexual transmission of some of these diseases is so rare in the exclusively heterosexual population as to be virtually unknown. Others, while found among heterosexual and homosexual practitioners, are clearly predominated by those involved in homosexual activity.

Men who have sex with men account for the lion's share of the increasing number of cases in America of sexually transmitted infections that are not generally spread through sexual contact. These diseases, with consequences that range from severe and even life-threatening to mere annoyances, include:

This article is not to point out that all homosexuals are somehow deviant or that they are all bad people, that is not the case. There are some very good people in our communities who have chosen, for their own reasons, to be in this lifestyle. But it is to point out that there are those who are militant in their ideology that would like to push this agenda on everyone else, regardless of personal moral beliefs or religious convictions about it. That, my friends, is not right and is not the way we should do things in America.

My wife's Grandmother had a very poignant statement to make on the issue before she passed away in her early 90's. She said, "When I was a girl, everyone knew who was and was not gay. No one really cared. They did their thing, we did our thing and there wasn't a problem most of the time." Wouldn't it be nice if everyone could live like that again?

We all need to take a hard look, and make a decision on where we stand on this issue, there is no middle ground to be had, regardless of those who say they choose not to choose, in doing so, they have already made a choice to do nothing.

We are not intolerant in standing for what is right, we do not have to accept that thing openly that we do not agree with. If we do not stand, right now, against the forces that continue to push ideologies we disagree with upon our society, then we will be forced, at some point, regardless of what we may think or believe, to have no choice at all.

As Americans, they have the right to live as they choose, as long as it is within the framework of the law, but I also have the right to say they are wrong. Our Constitutional Rights make this possible, but if they have their way, only their rights will be upheld in the end.

Obama And The Aid Game

The "Arab Spring", the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the military action in Libya, the words of Obama against the Nation of Israel while he continues to support a Palestinian State. All of these things, and yet, Obama still has time to make a mess of the domestic affairs of the United States. Yes, I know, amazing for one man to be so ignorant of so many issues at once, but he seems to do fine with the multi-tasking of it all.

If Obama was watching what was really going on in the Middle East, he would see that the Muslim Brotherhood has it's fingers in every dirty little pie of the protests and uprisings. The Muslim Brotherhood, by the way for those who do not know, was the same group of Muslims who allied themselves with Hitler during WWII and promised to help in the extermination of the Jews. This is the same Muslim Brotherhood that has ties to terrorist organizations and is Pro-Theocracy, and would want nothing more than to turn every Arab state into a sharia law compliant nation.

What are we to do with a President and Administration that tears at one of our strongest allies in the Nation of Israel, and promotes the furthering of Palestinian violence? You may say he is not, but he is. He is when he refuses to speak out against the Palestinian Leadership allowing the destruction of Israel as their primary goal and within their constitution. He is when the Palestinians can fire rockets into the Israeli civilian population and then join in the backlash against Israel when they retaliate against their enemies. Make no mistake about it, he is very Pro-Muslim and Anti-Israel.

Showing this is the fact that during Obama's latest address to America, he stated Israel must return to it's 1967 borders, to borders that if Israel withdrew to, would leave it in almost a defenseless position against the enemy states that surround it. In the past, Obama has spoken about dividing Jerusalem, which the Israeli's say will never happen. During that same speech, Obama pledged to send funds to aid Egypt during it's "Current Problems". Truth be told, the only problem they have is the Muslim Brotherhood backing a coup against the government that was once in power and was an ally to the United States and a Pseudo-Friend to Israel. let's not forget that Egypt is deeply in debt to the United States, but don't worry about that either, because now there is talk of canceling their debt...We the American taxpayer will swallow that along with our own $14.3 Trillion + debt. Let's also not forget the complete silence from Obama on the massive number of Christian deaths in Egypt since the uprisings and protests started.

At the G8 summit in Europe this last week, Obama approved of giving $20 Billion to Arab States in the Middle East. Who do you think will make up the majority of that $20 Billion Dollars? If you said America, you would be correct! Obama has already stated beforehand he was going to send $1 Billion US tax dollars to Egypt, heck, let's just add a few more!

If we didn't have a $14.3 Trillion debt, if we didn't have a very Anti-Western organization trying to wrest control and power in the Middle East, if we didn't have major issues that need to be fixed at home from the economy to the natural disaster's that have occurred, then maybe this wouldn't be an issue....But we do, and it is.

"But we are helping the people in the US that have been hard hit by the natural disaster's aren't we?" That should be answered with a yes and no.

Texas, who had been hit hard by wildfires across their state, asked for federal aid to help pay for the cost of the fires. FEMA refused. The same for Virginia victims of recent tornadoes that have struck in the state. Again, FEMA refused to offer aid money to help. You can ask yourself if their is a political motive behind these issues, given Texas and Virginia Politicians have been hard on Obama's agenda the last couple of years. I can't say for certain, but one could draw that conclusion, since others have received federal disaster aid.

FEMA said no to Texas, yet, President Obama had no problem sending aid to Mexico to help fight fires there. (News West 9) (WFAA-TV, Dallas)

Why would we offer any kind of aid to Mexico and not help Texas? Why would we offer aid to one state and not another? Don't Tax Payers live in all the states?

Also is the issue of sending money overseas to Egypt and Tunisia, when FEMA is saying it may run out of money, and some of the rebuilding from the rash of storms we have had may not be available...But we can throw billions at the Middle East? (Gateway Pundit)

You can draw any conclusions you like to this whole episode of events, but to me, there are some things that seem completely our of whack, and the biggest thing out of whack is how the Obama Administration is leading this country and what he is deciding to do with money that does not belong to him or Washington DC, but to the American People...Well, what little we have of it nowadays.

I don't understand what is happening, not only in America, but around the world. We have come to a place where governments are so bent on being "Politically Correct" that they don't see what is happening right in front of them. Leaders fear being called "Intolerant" or a "Bigot" for stepping up and telling the truth on what is going on around us. It is complete insanity.

Islam is, without a doubt, the most dangerous ideology in the world today. "Well, you don't mean the moderate Muslims, do you?" I mean as a whole. The entire mentality and belief system of the followers of this religion is exactly what they accuse everyone else of, intolerant and bigoted. This is their plan, though, and make no mistake about it. Don't be naive, in a recent poll, most Muslims in Europe want Sharia Courts. "But that isn't America".

No, not yet it isn't.

Most hated by followers of Islam are the Jews. During WWII, the Muslim Brotherhood, who has been behind much of the political unrest recently in the Middle East, aligned itself with Adolph Hitler and the Third Reich, planning to help in the destruction of the Jewish people. Funny, you don't hear the Lame Stream Media mentioning this fact. Also is not mentioned that the Muslim Brotherhood is backed by very radical clerics and promote the foundation of Sharia Law in Muslim nations. Already well known is the fact that they are oppressive to women, non-Muslim of any faith, though Christians bear the brunt of their hatred behind the Jews, and those who are non-believers in general. If you are in a lifestyle that Sharia law says is wrong, such as engaging in relationships outside of marriage, homosexuality, or even living outside the boundaries set forth in the Koran or that Sharia law dictates, you can find yourself on the chopping block, literally.

Unidentified gunmen attacked the farming village in Bauchi state, one of the worst hit states by post election riots last month, killing 16 residents and burning 20 houses.

"There was an attack on Kurum village by unknown gunmen and from reports reaching me 16 people have been killed and 20 houses burnt in the attack," Amama Abakasanga, Bauchi state police commissioner, told AFP by telephone from Bauchi.

The area which came under attack is in Borogo local government area and along the border with violence-wracked Plateau state, whose capital Jos has been a flashpoint of sectarian unrest.

Police have deployed in the area to prevent escalation of violence in this region, notorious for clashes pitting predominantly Christian farmers and Fulani Muslim nomads. (AFP News)

Her fellow villagers in Bangladesh's Shariatpur district had already passed harsh judgment on her. Guilty, they said, of having an affair with a married man. The imam from the local mosque ordered the fatwa, or religious ruling, and the punishment: 101 lashes delivered swiftly, deliberately in public.

Hena dropped after 70.

1/4/11 - EGYPT - Radical Muslims detonated a car bomb outside a Coptic Christian church in Alexandria, Egypt, on Saturday, killing 21 and wounding many others...

The car bombing marked an escalation in an ongoing siege against Egypt’s oldest indigenous religious community, which previously had been subjected primarily to shootings and vandalism. The White House admitted the bombing targeted Christian worshippers, and if something similar took place in this country it would be called a hate crime, with the perpetrators and their reasons for conducting the attack precisely described....(Washington Times)

These are just a few instances of the hate crimes of the followers of Islam. Not included are the homosexuals who were hung from street posts, or the women who have been accused of adultery, no proof needed, just the words of their husbands, that were beaten and killed. Not even how they have murdered children and old people who they felt were "Working" for the NATO and Western forces in Afghanistan.

Islam and its Clerics and Leaders are on a mission. That mission is world dominance. It is to bring all under Sharia Law or destroy them. It isn't any more complicated than that. The population of Muslims in the UK and Europe in the last decade have increased dramatically. Now, you have entire communities in Britain where if you are not Muslim, you are told not to go, and especially don't be there with a Christian or Jewish message. Sweden and other nations have been overran by Muslims, and their numbers keep growing. It has become such a problem that now, courts in some nations are being challenged by Sharia Law.

*In Germany, Muslim men have successfully used the Sharia law in court to defend their right to beat their wives and to practice polygamy.

*In France, home to an estimated 14 million Muslims, including 9 million illegal immigrants, the government no longer controls the banlieus, the densely-populated, predominantly Muslim ghettos that encircle most major French cities. It is still legal in France to distribute Bibles and tracts but doing so in the banlieus, where the French police seldom enter, invites mob violence.

*In United Kingdom, where Islamic imams now outnumber Christian pastors and converting empty church buildings into mosques has become a cottage industry, the Archbishop of Canterbury - the leader of the Church of England - recently stated that adopting elements of the Sharia law into the English judicial system was “unavoidable”.

In America, we are not safe from the effects of Islam ourselves. Just recently, Florida Pastor Terry Jones was arrested before his planned protest of a Dearborn, Mich. mosque. Pastor Jones was refused a permit by the City who said his protest could incite violence. (Pastor Jones was the man who burned the Koran recently in Florida). Now, given how you may feel about the actions of Pastor Jones, to arrest him BEFORE he even protests is not legal or constitutional. Do we have "Thought Police" on duty now, that you can be arrested even before committing an infraction or crime?

The end of last year (2010), a New Jersey Judge, Joseph Charles, denied a woman protection from her Muslim husband who had beaten and raped her. The judge The found that most of the criminal acts by the husband had been proven, but denied the permanent retraining order. He stated the defendant could not be held responsible for the violence or sexual assaults against his wife because his actions were “consistent with his [religious] practices.” In other words, the judge refused to issue the permanent restraining order because under Sharia law, this Muslim husband had a “right” to beat and rape his wife. The Judges decision was overturned by a higher court. The problem is, it should have never happened.

And where is our Leadership on these issues? Where is the White House who has so quickly condemned other acts of violence, but silent on the violence being perpetrated by Muslims around the world? Well, given that Obama will not even use the word Islam in the same sentence as Terrorist, or refusing to release pictures of the now dead Bin laden for fear of "Offending Muslims", I think we know where they stand. After all, Obama did say he would stand with them (Muslims) id the political winds changed in an ugly direction. Don't have to worry too much with him in office of that wind changing it would seem, not even for the truth.

When does it end? When do we wake up and see that we are walking the path Europe has walked and is now paying the cost? How far will we allow it to go in America? We already have courts deciding cases not based on US Laws, but laws put forth by other nations and the World Court.

Folks, if we do not get a handle on this issue, and do it soon, we will find ourselves standing on the outside looking in, being tried under Sharia Law and wondering how we got there.

Fannie Mae Loses 8.7 Billion In First Quarter...Ask For 8.5 Billion More In Taxpayer Money

Really...I couldn't make this kind of thing up if I tried. This is one part of the same government mortgage giant (The other half being Freddie Mac) that caused the housing bubble that collapsed and put us where we are today. And they want MORE money after showing they can't manage after the first load of money we gave them?

So lets go back and take a look in summary of how and why we got to the worst recession since the depression...(Que dream sequence)

In the 1990's, then President Bill Clinton expanded the CRA, or Community Reinvestment Act, that Former President Jimmy Carter had signed into legislation back in the 1970's. In doing so, he made it harder on US banks NOT to give loans to low income families for homes. Banks would be penalized by the US Government if they did not make these loans. So was born the subprime mortgage. Now, don't get me wrong. the original reasoning was not a bad idea, in theory. It helped families be able to partake in the American Dream of owning their own home, but what Clinton did was allow it to be taken to a new level.

With the subprime loans came the "NINJA" loans from some of these companies like Countryside (more on Countryside later). No income, no job, no assets, but hey, we will give you a loan. Why? Because the US Government is backing it. And so it began.

A number of times during the George W. Bush Administration , he warned Congress to reign in Fannie and Freddie because of the fear they were out of control, as did other Republicans. Of course, when these issues were brought before the committees in Congress and the Senate, Republicans were called Racist, and just wanted to hurt urban and inner city communities. None of the legislation put forth to reign in the two giants made it out of committee for vote on either floor of the Congress or Senate.

Meanwhile, Fannie and Freddie were telling companies, "Sure, go ahead and make the loans, we will insure them. If they default, we will cover it". But, what wasn't known was that Fannie and Freddie were "Cooking the Books". The Executives were making it look like Fannie and Freddie were in the green financially, but in reality, they were deep in the red and going down quick. Although, the CEO's and Exec's got some very nice bonuses for their work...And no criminal charges or prison time, did I mention that before? No prison time?...Yeah...

The subprime mortgages were ticking time bombs, just waiting to go off. Most of the loans that were made were adjustable rate loans. For a specific time, the loan would be of a reasonable interest rate, but at some point, the adjustable rate would kick in. For people who had received the subprime loans and NINJA's, almost all of whom had bad credit when they got the loans and low to mediocre income at best, had their payments shoot through the roof because of the much highers housing payment that would now be required for the new interest amount. It was the beginning of the end.

During this time, Fannie and Freddie had been working overtime to make a buck. They took the subprime and NINJA's, bundled them into packages, and sold them around the world to investment and financial institutions, promising on America's guarantee, that they would be insured and safe.

They weren't.

When the housing bubble popped, the bundles fell apart, and these companies and institutions were left holding the bag because Fannie and Freddie could not insure the amounts on the loans. Why? because they had been "Cooking the Books". Basically, they lied to Congress when asked about their financial well being before the collapse of the market. "Oh no, we are doing fine, no worries here". Did I mention no criminal charges have been filed on any member of Fannie or Freddie's Executive boards during the entire time the fiasco was taking place?

So now we are back to modern day (End dream sequence). And how much money have we poured into the coffers of Fannie and Freddie since the collapse? Billions and billions...Actually, 60 billion or more since the bail outs began in 2008. Oh yes, we need to give them more money so their CEO's can retire with millions and millions in their golden parachutes, like the first round of Executives did.

The madness never seems to end.

Osama Bin Laden Is Dead...The Way He Should Be

All I can say is Hooah! To our Navy SEALs and Intelligence Personnel that brought him down, to everyone involved in the operation, kudo's!

Now starts the craziness of the entire situation. He has hardly been at the bottom of the sea and the conspiracy theories start. What if they are lying? What if they didn't get him because they refuse to show the pictures?

Trust me, the guy is DEAD. the Navy SEAL's confirmed it. the Sailors on the ship confirmed it, the people left alive in the Bin laden compound confirmed it, and from what I understand, All Qaeda has now confirmed it. DEAD.

I know for the victims of 9/11, who lost loved ones and friends in that horrible attack on that day, it has to be a bittersweet victory. Yes, the man is dead that was the mastermind behind the death of their loved one, so justice has been served on this side of eternity, and I would suspect, on the other side as well, but it won't ever bring back who they lost that fateful day. Let us as a nation never forget them and those who left us on that day in 2001.

Osama Bin Laden was responsible for more than just the 9/11 attacks. He was also the planner behind the attack on the USS Cole, and other military and civilian attacks through the years around the world. With his death I say good riddance to bad rubbish.

What we do understand is we do not celebrate death, we celebrate a victory over an evil in the world that has caused other's deaths and pain to untold thousands of people. In that, a small piece of the evil in our world was removed when he took the bullet to the head.

Bill Clinton: I Was Wrong About Healthcare Bill Popularity

"Former President Bill Clinton, a champion of healthcare reform, admitted on Sunday that he made the wrong prediction about the popularity of President Obama’s healthcare bill.

Initially, Clinton had predicted that the polls in favor of Democrats would be boosted as soon as the legislation was signed into law. Instead, Clinton said on NBC’s "Meet the Press," his prediction was wrong for two reasons.

"First of all, the benefits of the bill are spread out of three or four years. It takes a long time to implement. And secondly, there has been an enormous and highly effective attack on it,” he said." (THEHILL.COM)

Well, of course he was wrong about the Healthcare Reform Bill. Anyone that was watching the poll numbers while this legislation was being debated in Congress should have known that passing this bill was not in the wishes of the majority of the American Public.

Not only did the American People not want this, but they were very outspoken to their Elected Representatives about it. On several occasions, the Congressional phone bank was lit up with calls from all over the nation, with concerned Citizens telling their elected Congressmen and Senators to vote "No" on the reform.

All of this, coupled with the fact that almost no Representative in Washington DC even read the 2,000 page monstrosity in its entirety made for bad blood between the Voters and Washington. The truth is that the Congress and Senate knew very little about the legislation before voting to pass it. House Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi even stated, "...We have to pass the bill so that you know what's in it". What she should have stated, and would have been more truthful was, "We have to pass this bill so we know what's in it".

What is so bad about the Healthcare Reform Bill? Here are just a few things we need to be aware of.

* Elimination of a deduction employers now take for providing Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage to their retirees to the extent that the federal government subsidizes the coverage. Note: In other words, many retirees may see their retirement insurance not covering prescription medications as some businesses drop the coverage because of the cost involved. (KIPLINGER.COM)

* A new 40% excise tax, beginning in 2018, on high-cost health plans, levied on the portion that exceeds $10,200 for individuals and $27,500 for families. The provision is aimed mostly at gold-plated plans offered by employers, although it can affect individual policies. (KIPLINGER.COM)

* A new tax on individuals who don't obtain adequate health coverage by 2014 -- this is often referred to as the individual mandate.. The tax is to be phased in over three years, starting at the greater of $95, or 1% of income, in 2014, and rising to the greater of $695, or 2.5% of gross income, in 2016. Note: This is not a tax, but a fine. Here is the problem with this issue. If there is a fine involved, who controls the collection of fines? The IRS. If you do not pay the IRS what happens? liens and penalties and possibly jail terms for those who do not comply to the new "Tax". (KIPLINGER.COM)

* A nondeductible fee charged to businesses with 50 or more employees if the firms fail to offer adequate coverage. The fee will equal $2,000 times the number of employees, though it won’t count the first 30 workers in that calculation. Note: Forcing small businesses to provide coverage for their employees will result in possible employee lay-offs and reductions in expansion. This will only hurt the economy as a whole. it should be noted that some credits and deductions will be given to small business, but this is going to hamper job growth across the nation. Well, yes, there are some draw backs to all of this, but everyone will be covered, right?

According to the Congressional Budget Office, 23 Million people will still be uninsured and another 16 Million will be added to the Medicare rolls. "Some people will be exempt from the mandate to purchase coverage because they will be unable to find affordable coverage," Jennifer Tolbert, the principle policy analyst at the Kaiser Commission on Medicaid and the Uninsured. (NPR.ORG)

So WHO is paying for this and HOW are we paying for this? The legislation is not suppose to be in full swing until 2014, but we have already started paying for the 10 year projected cost 5 years ahead of the 10 year plan. So what happens when the 10 years is up? How do we pay for the next 10 years? Medicare is already so far in the red financially, is it viable to place another 16 Million people on the rolls to be paid for? Honestly, with a 13 Trillion dollar deficit and a Government printing money we don't have now and floating debt, it falls on the taxpayer to pick up the tab, but will be be able to? I don't think so.

Was this a piece of legislation that was showing concern for Americans and providing real healthcare coverage or was this just legislation to allow the Federal Government to have more access to the lives of the American Citizen and more control over our nation they are not Constitutionally allowed to have? Currently, a number of States have filed lawsuits against the Federal Government and this Legislation. We will have to see how it goes, and what the US Supreme Court will finally have to say on this matter. Until then, be prepared for 2014.

The Enviromental Religion of Al Gore and the Global Warming Myth

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Nobel Peace Prize winner and environmental Crusader Al Gore urged young people on Wednesday to engage in civil disobedience to stop the construction of coal plants without the ability to store carbon. The former U.S. vice president told a crowd at the Clinton Global Initiative meeting in New York City that "the world has lost ground to the climate crisis." "If you're a young person looking at the future of this planet and looking at what is being done right now, and not done, I believe we have reached the stage where it is time for civil disobedience to prevent the construction of new coal plants that do not have carbon capture and sequestration...I believe for a carbon company to spend money convincing the stock-buying public that the risk from the global climate crisis is not that great represents a form of stock fraud because they are misrepresenting a material fact," he said. "I hope these state attorney generals around the country will take some action on that."

Well Al, I'm sure if they don't take action on that issue, they probably will on all of those young people you just called into civil disobedience. I hope that when they do, they charge Al Gore with inciting a riot, which is a felony in most states. This guy was the Vice President under the Clinton Administration and a US Senator before that, so you would think that a guy that was a lawmaker for this country would have better sense than to tell young people to break the law to get their way...Or more precisely, HIS way.

Let me just say it straight, the guy is a Wackaloon and a First Class Fruitcake, pure and simple. His documentary movie, "An Inconvenient Truth", is full of half truths and fabrications with many of the "Receding ice" photos now known to have been computer enhanced to show the situation far worse than it truly is. Oddly enough, you won't find this subject being reported on by much of the main stream media, they aren't going to crucify one of their own. It should also be noted that many in the scientific community do not agree with Al Gore and his fear mongering cronies, and still others of those who do believe global warming to be a threat, do not believe that global warming is man made. As a matter of fact, 31,000 of them signed a petition stating they didn't believe in man made global warming, coming from every field of study within the scientific community.

Personally, I believe if there has been warming, there is not nearly enough evidence to point to it being man made...One fact is that other planets in our solar system are undergoing signs of climate change of some kind as this article is being written. Why? The scientist and astronomers studying this event believe it has much to do with cycles and ebb and flow of the sun itself. I take what Al Gore says with a grain of salt, and I always have. It is hard to take seriously him or to believe in his "Sincere" care of our planet while he has millions of dollars of his of his own money invested in green companies who stand to profit into the billions from world governments enacting global warming legislation. If Al Gore can get enough leaders to swallow his snake oil, he stands to profit big, and I mean multi-millions, maybe billions, big.

When people begin to take a closer look at Al Gore, they will soon realize this guy is one of the biggest hypocrites to walk the planet today. Here is a guy who lives in a house in Tennessee that uses enough electricity to provide energy for 19 average sized houses, did I say house? I meant mansion. He rides in motorcades of armor plated SUV's that get about 6 miles per gallon each and flies around the world preaching his green message, enjoying the luxury of a private jet. Oh, I know, he's a former vice president of the United States, his life could be in jeopardy. Anyone ever remember an assassination attempt on a former vice president? No? Me either. I always enjoy how the far left, especially the zealots, live by the "Do as I say, not as I do" principle. But I guess their own ideology they would like to impose on others doesn't apply to themselves. Just like their wealth. Let's redistribute the wealth, but not MY wealth. I always grin when I see Hollywood Stars get on shows or commercials talking about how a group of people need help, or some endangered animal no one has ever heard of before needs to be saved, and only you can help. There they are, pleading with the public to send money, meanwhile they own 3 or 4 mansions with several million dollars in their bank accounts. You didn't think they would send their own money did you? Why, you must be some kind of conservative or something to think something like that.

But this thing of global warming has become about more than money. Global warming and the cry of "Save the planet" has taken on it's own philosophy, its own spirituality and with it, some very dangerous religious undertones. We are going to be taking a closer look at this situation and individuals and organizations within the movement that are moving to control much more than the envirnonment.

THE NEW GREEN RELIGION

What many in the general public do not know is that the environmental movement around the world is now owning it's own religious theme. And people, it's nothing more than ancient paganism wrapped up nicely in the very slick nice looking cover of New Age teachings. Leading this new "Progressive" doctrine is, you may have already guessed, the Green Guru himself, Al Gore. The religious aspect of this whole thing started with Al Gore's second debate against George Bush while making his bid for President. His words display where his beliefs truly lay.

During the debate, while discussing the environment, Gore said: “...I’m a grandfather now. I want to be able to tell my grandson, when I’m in my later years, that I didn’t turn away from the evidence that showed that we were doing some serious harm. In my faith tradition, it is written in the book of Matthew, ‘Where your heart is, there is your treasure also.’ And I believe that we ought to recognize the value to our children and grandchildren of taking steps that preserve the environment in a way that’s good for them.”

Did you just get the warm fuzzies from that? Of course, good ole' Al got the quote from Matthew 6:21 wrong. Matthew 6:21 states: “For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.”. Notice the difference. Go back and read what Al Gore said and read the real scripture once more. This follows verses 19 and 20 which say: “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth where moth and rust consume and where thieves break in and steal; but store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consumes and where thieves do not break in and steal.”. Basically, he is using scripture that deals with personal salvation and equating it to global warming and environmental issues, twisting it just enough to give it the desired effect he wanted it to give.

Gore's religious beliefs or "faith traditions" as he calls it, is his reference to his "former" or "How I was raised" religious teachings. This reminds one of G.K. Chesterton's observation that when a man ceases to believe in God, it's not that he believes nothing, it's that he will believe anything. If you hear someone talk of their faith traditions instead of their beliefs, you better listen close, because you are more than likely going to hear something that is completely unscriptural like we just heard.

More than any other source, Al Gore's own writings in his book "Earth In The Balance - Ecology and the Human Spirit" points to his "New" religious views. One review of his book stated , "Earth in the Balance is a brilliantly written, prophetic, even holy book, clearly pointing the way we need to change to assure the survival of our grandchildren. I pray it will have the dramatic impact it deserves, and must have, for our collective salvation."

Hmm. "Collective Salvation. Where have we heard that before? Barack Obama?

Gore claims the story of Cain and Abel is a parable about the dangers of pollution. Not original sin, not murder, not envy: but pollution. He writes in his book, "Earth in the Balance," "the first instance of 'pollution' in the Bible occurs when Cain slays Abel." According to Gore, God was upset about Cain polluting the earth. Cain had "defiled the ground" with Abel's blood. Here are some other lines from his book as well, starting with page one...

"...we feel increasingly distant from our roots in the earth... we lost our feeling of connectedness to the rest of nature."

Later in the book on page 259, Gore writes...

"A modern prayer of the Onondaga tribe in upstate New York offers another beautiful expression of our essential connection to the earth: 'O Great Spirit, whose breath gives life to the world and whose voice is heard in the soft breeze...Make us wise so that we may understand what you have taught us..."

"The richness and diversity of our religious tradition throughout history is a spiritual resource long ignored by people of faith, who are often afraid to open their minds to teachings first offered outside their own system of belief.".

So you need to open your minds...Christians more than any other group are called "Close mined" because we don't latch on to every teaching that passes by as some "Good" spiritual idea. He goes on to write...

"Native American religions, for instance, offer a rich tapestry of ideas about our relationship to the earth. One of the most moving and frequently quoted explanations was attributed to Chief Seattle in 1855. ‘Will you teach your children what we have taught our children? That the earth is our mother? . . .This we know: the earth does not belong to man, man belongs to the earth. All things are connected like the blood that unites us all.'".

Now, that really does sound deep and thought provoking, but it's wrong, completely wrong. We always hear about the "Great Spirit" the American Indians believed in, but much of native American religion was tied to the worship of nature itself, not unlike the pagans of ancient Europe. He goes on the write...

"A growing number of anthropologists and archeo-mythologists. . .argue that the prevailing ideology of belief in prehistoric Europe and much of the world was based on the worship of a single earth goddess, who was assumed to be the fount of all life and who radiated harmony among all living things. The last vestige of organized goddess worship was eliminated by Christianity...It seems obvious that a better understanding of a religious heritage preceding our own by so many thousands of years could offer us new insights."

So the Christians eliminated these religious beliefs in the earth goddess, but according to Gore, we need to go back and take a look at those beliefs, to get "New" insights that they may offer...

"A common thread in many religions is the sacred quality of water. Christians are baptized in water, as a sign of purification. The Qu'ran declares that 'we have created everything from water.' In the Lotus 'Sutra,' Buddha is presented metaphorically as a 'rain cloud,' covering, permeating, fertilizing and enriching 'all parched living beings, to free them from their misery to attain the joy of peace, joy of the present world and joy of Nirvana...."

Are you starting to see the thread here? All religions are mentioned. This a tool that the universal religionist use to back their claim that "There are many paths to Heaven". Again, this is completely unbiblical and unscriptural for Christians of any denomination or church affiliation. Jesus told his disciples, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). That means, with words Jesus' own mouth, He is the only way to heaven...

"The religious ethic of stewardship is indeed harder to accept if one believes the world is in danger of being destroyed, by either God or humankind. This point was made by the Catholic theologian, Teilhard de Chardin when he said, ‘The fate of mankind, as well as of religion, depends upon the emergence of a new faith in the future.’ Armed with such a faith, we might find it possible to resanctify the earth."

For those who don't know, Chardin was a Jesuit priest and biologist who jumped on board the theory of evolution and was disowned by the Jesuits because of his moving towards those evolutionary beliefs and branded a heretic by the Roman Catholic Church. Gore's reference to the world being destroyed is mainly directed towards Christians, who may make up only a small portion of his readers, he hopes, and the scriptures he references are found in the book of Revelation that speak of the New Heaven and the New Earth. Gore is very slick though, as most of his readers will not research to see who Chardin was or what he said or the Catholic Church's view of the man. Gore wants to paint the Christians of today as being out of touch with the teachings of early church teachings. I can assure you, what Chardin was saying was not part of church doctrine, but the majority of Gore's readers won't know this.

He makes it a point to ridicule the Christian belief system by making modern day Christians seem "Out of touch" with those he would point to as "Scholars" of the Church. Gore himself, on the other hand, thinks the earth is too important for God to destroy, so we need the emergence of a new faith. But it isn't a new faith, just a cleverly disguised old one. Will believing in a "New" faith stop God from doing what He said he was going to do? I seriously doubt it. I suppose Gore hopes so, after all, the earth is the mother to all mankind. He continues...

"My own faith is rooted in the unshakable belief in God as creator and sustainer, a deeply personal interpretation of and relationship with Christ, and an awareness of a constant and holy spiritual presence in all people, all life, and all things."

Read those last lines closely. Gore has a "Deeply personal interpretation of" Jesus Christ. He just explained in a few short words his difference in belief with fundamental Christians. You don't have an interpretation of Jesus Christ, unless Jesus Christ is not to you who He said He was, the Son of God and Savior to those who would believe in Him. the only ones giving an interpretation of Christ are those who would say he was a good teacher or a prophet of God, but always move to deny His Diety as man and God. More insight to his personal form of Christianity is given with the rest of his statement, "A constant and holy spiritual presence in all people, all life and all things". New Age Polytheism, we are god and all things around us are all a part of the greater essence. It's the same idea that George Lucas, a new age believer, tried to portray in the Star Wars movies with the "Force", it is what Shirley McClaine, actress and new age guru, tried to signify be standing on a beach in Southern California, shouting out at the ocean and the sky, "I am god!".

These teaching started primarily during the 1960's, in the age of free love, communal living and esoteric teachings. The basic premise of New Age philosophy, in laymen terms, is this; If you look at all things in creation, then you see God in creation, and if we are Gods creation, then God must be in us, and if God is in us, then we are, in fact, Gods. But it isn't the God of the Bible they speak of. God to the New Age is a higher spiritual presence that abides in all creation in the the universe and in the earth. It is some form of spiritual presence in all things. This is where earth goddess worship began, and it is where the New Age teachings bring us, and now, a prevalent new religion based loosely on ancient druidism and spellcrafting called Wicca.

So how will this issue effect all of us as a whole? What does it matter if these people believe these teachings? Surely they are open to everyone believing what they choose to believe, right? Let me take this time to introduce you to the Global Marshall Plan...

The Global Marshall Plan is a plan first devised by Former Vice-President Al Gore in his bestselling book Earth in the Balance which gives specific ideas on how to save the global environment. Gore states:

"The model of the Marshall Plan can be of great help. For example, a Global Marshall Plan must focus on strategic goals and emphasize actions and programs that are likely to remove the bottlenecks presently inhibiting the healthy functioning of the global economy. The new global economy must be an inclusive system that does not leave entire regions behind. The new plan will require the wealthy nations to allocate money for transferring environmentally helpful technologies to the Third World and to help impoverished nations achieve a stable population and a new pattern of sustainable economic progress. To work, however, any such effort will also require wealthy nations to make a transition themselves that will be in some ways more wrenching than that of the Third World."

Global Marshall Plan: Five strategic goals. Gore says, "In my view, five strategic goals must direct and inform our efforts to save the global environment":

Stabilizing of world population. (How do you do that? Legalized abortion and mass birth control regulations)

The rapid development of environmentally appropriate technologies. (There are a number of technologies that quite honestly, have not been tested and tried on a major scale, so there is no proof that they would even work on a large scale, but if it deals with oil, coal or nuclear, lets take it off the table, according to the environmentalist)

A comprehensive change in the economic "rules of the road" by which we measure the impact of our decisions on the environment. (Basically, if you have an idea for profit or would make a good investment for others...If it doesn't line up with the "Green" agenda, you can forget it...Socialism to save us all and nothing more)

Negotiation & approval of a new generation of international agreements. (No mention of national sovereignty here...International agreements...What kind of agreements?..let me outline just one for you...Listen now)

A cooperative plan for educating the world's citizens about our global environment. (Not just education alone...Re-education for those of us who do not agree...And I would imagine an education in Gores new Global religion...Oh, you don't think so?...)

There are already those in high places of power and academics who are pushing towards a one world religion and a one world government. This is an entirely new subject with more resources needed than I have room for with this article, but we will perhaps hit upon at another time in the near future. If Al Gore and his agenda written in his own words didn't do it for you in convincing you of what I just stated, have a look at these quotes from some environmental sources...

Stanford University June 23-27, A week long United Nations Interfaith Conference - "Nearly 200 delegates wrapped up a week-long interfaith meeting at Stanford on Friday, predicting they had given birth to a movement as well as a spiritual institution: the United Religions. The 'spiritual United Nations', as some have referred to it, would be a world assembly for humanity's myriad spiritual traditions. 'You are deputized!', the Rev. William E. Swing, bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of California, told delegates as they prepared to go home. 'Tell the people that there is a United Religion, and that somewhere in the world, it is beginning to happen. "

On July 9 to 15, 1999 - An international conference entitled "Spirituality and Sustainability" will be held in Assisi, Italy. It is designed to advance the idea of a spiritual global ethic system that is called the Earth Charter. For the first time since the days of Nimrod in Babylon, the Earth Charter represents an attempt by man to create a common, earth-based religion to unite all of mankind. According to 1997 Earth Charter documents, the Charter represents "the articulation of a spiritual vision that reflects universal spiritual values," whose objective is to implement "a radical change in humanity’s attitudes and values." It is being promoted as "a people’s charter that serves as a universal code of conduct for ordinary citizens, educators, business executives, scientists, religious leaders." When fully implemented, everyone, including pastors of Christian Churches, will be required to support these earth-based spiritual values.

October 2, 2000 - Bawa Jain, secretary-general of the Millennium Peace Summit, says he thinks all religions and spiritualists, as well as assorted witch doctors, sha-mans and medicine men, draw their wisdom from the same source. But he applauds efforts to outlaw proselytizing of any religion...As host of the U.N.'s Millennium Peace Summit of Religious and Spiritual Leaders, Jain told an international meeting of 1,000 delegates that religions need to accept the validity of all beliefs to attain world peace. The summit, the first of its kind to be sponsored by the United Nations, was held in New York City Aug. 28-31 just before political leaders gathered for the U.N. Millennium Assembly. The timing was perfect, says Jain, as it allowed religious leaders to update their political counterparts on how to usher in the peace of the new world order through religious universalism.

Folks, the New Age philosophies are leading us down this road. What Al Gore has said and what the United Nations and other organizations are trying to do only point to the truth that The New Age Movement is not new at all. It is a fact that Satan himself has no power of creation, so he takes an old lie told and wraps in a beautiful new package. It is one of his greatest tricks. The idea's of Al Gore and global warming, and the extreme enviromentalists and their beliefs in the earth, and the idea's of globalization by the United Nations...All of the things hold the same principles at heart, the earth is our mother, all religions take their powers from the same source, all religions must come together in peace and agreement, one religion is no better than the other.

This is the religion that I believe will be the religion of the New World Order, the kingdom of the coming Antichrist. If you have fallen in place with the economic plans of globalization, with the laws that will be passed by the one world government, but you still hold to the tenants of your Christian faith, you will need to be re-educated, moved to a new and higher place of enlightenment, and if you don't, you will become part of the stabilization of the world population as the global Marshall plan puts forth. You will fall in line in agreement or you will first be persecuted, then tried for your now "Illegal" and "Illogical" beliefs, and in the end, put to death for your faith.

This is what is coming to our world, and it is facing us right now, knocking at the door. We as Christians wait eagerly for the return of Christ foretold in the Scriptures, believing that day is close at hand, that all signs point to his coming, quite possibly in the hour in which we live today. But for all of us, believers and nonbelievers, this is a situation not to take lightly. As governments put into place legislation to press the environmental issues upon their citizens, it will take more and more of our individual rights away. In a nation such as America, that was founded on the principles of freedom and liberty, we cannot allow this to happen. I have brought you only a few examples of what is taking place, there are many, many more out there. Stay vigilant and stay vocal and pray that God would intercede on behalf of the nation he has so richly blessed.

Explaining The Tax System...With Beer!

Suppose that every day, ten men go out for beer and the bill for all ten comes to $100. If they paid their bill the way we pay our taxes, it would go something like this:

The first four men (the poorest) would pay nothing.

The fifth would pay $1.

The sixth would pay $3.

The seventh would pay $7.

The eighth would pay $12.

The ninth would pay $18.

The tenth man (the richest) would pay $59.

So, that’s what they decided to do.

The ten men drank in the bar every day and seemed quite happy with the arrangement, until one day, the owner threw them a curve. “Since you are all such good customers,” he said, “I’m going to reduce the cost of your daily beer by $20.” Drinks for the ten now cost just $80 total.

The group still wanted to pay their bill the way we pay our taxes so the first four men were unaffected. They would still drink for free. But what about the other six men – the paying customers? How could they divide the $20 windfall so that everyone would get his ‘fair share?’ They realized that $20 divided by six is $3.33. But if they subtracted that from everybody’s share, then the fifth man and the sixth man would each end up being paid to drink his beer. So, the bar owner suggested that it would be fair to reduce each man’s bill by roughly the same amount, and he proceeded to work out the amounts each should pay.

And so:

The fifth man, like the first four, now paid nothing (100% savings).

The sixth now paid $2 instead of $3 (33%savings) .

The seventh now pay $5 instead of $7 (28%savings) .

The eighth now paid $9 instead of $12 ( 25% savings).

The ninth now paid $14 instead of $18 ( 22% savings).

The tenth now paid $49 instead of $59 (16% savings).

Each of the six was better off than before. And the first four continued to drink for free. But once outside the restaurant, the men began to compare their savings.

“I only got a dollar out of the $20,” declared the sixth man. He pointed to the tenth man,”but he got $10!”

“Yeah, that’s right,” exclaimed the fifth man. “I only saved a dollar, too. It’s unfair that he got ten times more than I!“

“That’s true!!” shouted the seventh man. “Why should he get $10 back when I got only two? The wealthy get all the breaks!“

“Wait a minute,” yelled the first four men in unison. “We didn’t get anything at all. The system exploits the poor!“

The nine men surrounded the tenth and beat him up.

The next night the tenth man didn’t show up for drinks, so the nine sat down and had beers without him. But when it came time to pay the bill, they discovered something important. They didn’t have enough money between all of them for even half of the bill!

And that, boys and girls, journalists and college professors, is how our tax system works. The people who pay the highest taxes get the most benefit from a tax reduction. Tax them too much, attack them for being wealthy, and they just may not show up anymore. In fact, they might start drinking overseas where the atmosphere is somewhat friendlier. Terrorist In Afghanistan Hang 7 Year Old Boy For Being A Spy

A 7-year-old boy was murdered by the Taliban in an apparent act of retribution this week. Afghan officials said that the child was accused of spying for U.S. and NATO forces and hanged from a tree in southern Afghanistan.

Daoud Ahmadi, the spokesman for the provincial governor of Helmand, said that the killing happened days after the boy's grandfather, Abdul Woodod Alokozai, spoke out against militants in their home village.

Ahmadi said: "His grandfather is a tribal elder in the village and the village is under the control of the Taliban. His grandfather said some good things about the government and he formed a small group of people to stand against the Taliban. That's why the Taliban killed his grandson in revenge." (Fox News)

When I read this, I cannot describe the anger and rage that I felt. A 7 year old child, HANGED for being a spy. Hamid Karzai made the statement, "A 7 year old boy cannot be a spy, he can only be a 7 year old boy". I wholeheartedly agree with Mr. Karzai.

This is the enemy we face. This is the enemy that our troops are in battle against. Not only the Taliban, but Al Qaeda and all other terror organizations, are not above the killing of women and children to make a statement. Three years ago, in a story that was never told by our main stream news agencies (I would imagine because it would make our cause there more concrete under Bush's Administration), a 70 year old woman and small child (Age unknown) was hanged for "Being Spies" for the NATO and American forces.

That any person, regardless of ideology or religion, would hang a 7 year old child FOR ANYTHING is by all counts, one of the worst forms of evil. When will people wake up? When will our Leaders in Washington and in the Obama Administration stop trying to sugar-coat this vile, corrupt people and their way of thinking?!?

The current Administration won't use the words "Radical Islam" or "Terrorist". they refuse to draw the correlation between the Koran and its hateful teachings and the mindset of those in Jihad against us. "It's not Politically Correct" is what we would hear from the left. I have news for them. Political correctness, trying to pat every organization on the back, trying to make no one feel "Upset" or "Un-included", is destroying our nation and causing the deaths of our brave men and women in the military.

Barack Obama, grow a backbone and stand up and speak out!...Oh...That's right...He can't.

Obama's first Advisor to the Muslim community in America was a huge supporter of Sharia Law and had ties to some questionable organizations who it was believed, was funneling money to terrorist organizations in the Middle East. Now his current Muslim Advisor, Dalia Mogahed, in her first interview ever, which was done with Shiek Yousef Al-Qaradawi's extreme Islamic website, Islam Online, came out in support of Sharia law, saying it was "Misunderstood".

Of course, critics have scoffed at Obama's own love for Islam. It is just right wing extremism that anyone would think this, they say. Is that right?

Is that the same Muslim "mutual respect" that showed them dancing in the streets of Muslim Nations after the 9/11 attacks on America? Principles of justice? Is this the same justice that arrests women for speaking to men not in their immediate family or executes Christians and others because they do not follow Mohammad and his teachings? Ah yes, the dignity. Dignity of beating your wife for not wearing the Hajib or the honor killing of your daughters and sons because they step out of line with your teaching? So tolerant, aren't they?

Oh really?...Lets take a look and see how Muslims have been a part of America's "Story"...

Were Muslims among those Pilgrims that landed at Plymouth Rock? No. I believe those were Christians

Were Muslims at the first Thanksgiving celebration? No. American Indians if I'm not mistaken.

Can you show me one Muslim signature on the Declaration of Independence?

The United States Constitution? No

How about the Bill of Rights? No

Did Muslims fight for this Nations independence from Great Britain? No

Did Muslims fight during the Civil War or help free the slaves in America? No. As a matter of fact, Muslims to this day are still the largest traffickers in human slavery. Barack Obama's own half brother still advocates slavery himself, even though Muslims from Arab decent call Black Muslims "Pug Nosed Slaves".

Were the Muslims marching with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. during the Civil Rights Movement of this Nation? No. Malcolm X, however, found plenty of time to speak out for the separation of the races, urging Black Christians to leave Christianity. His work with the "Nation of Islam" causing more hatred and bitterness between the black and white races.

Where were the Muslims during this Nations Women's Suffrage Era? Again, not present. I suppose the fact that men demand women be subservient to them in the Muslim culture, even beating their wives for not wearing the 'Hajib' or for talking to a man who is not a direct family member or her husband.

Where were the Muslims during WWII? Aligned with Hitler and Nazi Germany. The Grand Mufti, Mohammad Amin Al-Husayni, met with Hitler, reviewed the German troops with him, and aligned support with the Nazi's in killing the Jews.

And finally...Where were the Muslims during the attacks on 9/11? If they weren't flying planes into the World Trade Centers, The Pentagon, or a field in Pennsylvania, killing almost 3,000 innocent civilians that day, they were dancing in the streets of their cities across the world. Burning American flags and pictures of our President, shouting praises to "Allah" for the attack on the US.

And the so-called "Moderate" Muslims, who butt's Barack Obama bent over backwards to kiss during his Cairo speech were, oddly enough, silent after the 9/11 attacks. To many, that silence has been seen as approval for the actions of that day.

Oh, and I almost forgot. The Barbary Pirates. They were Muslim. What an American Story there, huh?

From the attacks, even before 9/11, since the taking of hostages in Iran in 1979, we have been under constant assault from this "Peaceful" religion and its followers. Israel has had it even worse, and yet the Far left Liberals, who continue to hate Israel and support the Muslims surrounding them, decry Israel as the "Bad" Nation for defending itself and its people. Peculiar is the fact that the Liberals are too blind to see that these same Muslims who they support would as soon kill them for their atheism, homosexuality, infidelity, feminism and lewd lifestyle choices.

The slow infiltration of Muslims into our nation, with our own Government even supporting Palestinian refugees with taxpayer dollars to live inside the US, has increased dramatically over the last two decades. The Border Patrol recently caught Pakistani Nationals crossing the border from Mexico into the United States. This isn't the first time, and it looks like illegal Mexican migration isn't the only thing we have to worry about with open borders our Federal Government refuses to close or act upon.

Now, we have a Muslim organization wanting to build a Mosque at Ground Zero, within blocks of where the 9/11 attacks occurred in New York City. Former Terrorist, now Converted Christian, Walid Shoebat, outed the Imam behind the New York Mosque and his agenda for Sharia Law and not a dialogue of religious tolerance. Abdul Rauf, the Imam, contradicted himself in what he told reporters of the New York Post in English and what he has said in Arabic commentaries on the subject.

Shoebat also stated, and I paraphrase, "The Mosque, to Muslims, is like an embassy. it is their way of spreading their beliefs to more and more people. If the mosque is not built in New York at Ground Zero, the Muslim will speak out about the bigotry and hated of Muslims in America. If the Mosque is built at Ground Zero, the Muslim will see it is a stinging reminder to Americans that they have been victorious in there goals for Islam." Basically, what Shoebat is saying, is they want to rub the noses of Americans in the 9/11 tragedy while they gloat at their success.

And these are the people the Liberals and the Liberal media support?

Again?...The White House Job Offers Just Keep Coming

First Pennsylvania. Then Colorado. What's the next shoe to drop?

That's what Republicans and critics want to know after the Obama administration's admission that top aides and associates tried to clear the field for Democratic senators in those two states. The White House seems to have raised more questions than it answered, with lawmakers and politicos now pressing the White House to disclose whether it dangled job offers to any other candidates.

"It has become clear that it is the pattern and practice of this administration to exert inappropriate and potentially unlawful influence on primary elections," Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., wrote in a letter to the White House demanding more information.

The administration acknowledged this week that White House Deputy Chief of Staff Jim Messina contacted Colorado Senate candidate Andrew Romanoff last fall to see whether he'd be interested in a federal job in lieu of running against incumbent Sen. Michael Bennet in the Democratic primary. That was after the White House disclosed that it solicited former President Bill Clinton to see if he could lure Rep. Joe Sestak out of the Democratic primary race against Pennsylvania Sen. Arlen Specter. Both Romanoff and Sestak, who won his primary race last month, declined. The White House denies that any explicit job offer was made.

But while Republicans are pressing the White House to provide more information about those two cases, they're looking to find out whether anything of value was used as leverage to clear the field in other elections. (Fox News)

So we now have two different instances of possible crimes from the White House in two different Senate races.

The Obama Administration denied that any offer had been made to either candidate. First was Sestak who stated twice publicly that he was offered a position within the Administration if he dropped out of the Democratic primary race in Pennsylvania. Now come to light an offer to Senate Candidate Andrew Romanoff in Colorado.

When the stories broke, on both counts, the White House completely denied that any contact had been made with offers. Then, again on both counts, the White House has retracted those statements and came up with stories of why these men where contacted and that no "Real" offers were made that would be considered a federal crime.

Both Candidates are now saying they were never offered positions...Hmm...Very convenient now after having blown the whistle before, don't you think? And given the amount of time from the first reports until now, were they taking their time to make sure everyone had their stories straight on both sides?

The most nagging question to me is this. If the White House lied about having even been in contact with these men in the beginning, what makes anyone think now that if they were in contact, no crime was committed? What would make the American People think they aren't lying again? They already told two lies to cover the offers, are they lying now to cover the truth about the offers that were made?

Well, Republicans are hot on the trail to see if this has occurred more than twice. I say if it happened twice, you can almost bet safe money that it has happened more times than the two we now know of.

But Tony, everyone is saying no law was broken, and this is nothing but politics as usual.

Two Things:

1. We don't really know if there was any laws broken or not. We only have their word of what occurred. For the most part, after having lied to begin with on this issue, I would say their trustworthiness on the subject is null and void. For the Liberals out there, would you so easily take George Bush's word of what had occurred in this type of situation, or would you be screaming for an independent investigation into the matter? I am almost certain you would be fit to be tied.

2. Politics as usual? Isn't this what the current Administration said they would not be conducting, is "politics as usual"? Clear and transparent is what we heard. Open and accountable...

Really?....When?

Memorial Day...Some Gave All

On this Memorial Day, I want to say thank you to all of our Military Service Men and Women who are currently serving and their families, to our Veterans and their families, and I want to especially remember those who gave all for the price of Freedom.

I know first hand what the military requires of those who serve, having been a US Army Combat Engineer, and now, being a Father with two children serving in the US Air Force, I know the heart sickness that you feel as a Military Family when a loved one is away from home serving our nation. My Brother-In-Law, a US Army Major, can attest to the heartbreak that is felt when a Father and Husband must deploy to a combat zone, as he has done so many times since the War on Terror began, as can his Wife and Children.

So many have answered the call, to go when their nation needed them, to defend not only our freedom and liberties, but to secure such freedom and liberty for those who are oppressed or living under tyranny in other nations. America's rich Military history is wrought with the stories and exploits of men and women who went above and beyond the call of duty, sacrificing themselves for their fellow soldier, dying so that another may live.

The Congressional Medal of Honor is the highest award given to those who have served and went well past what would be expected of any man in a combat situation. The stories vary, each telling the story of these brave men, and one woman I might add, but all are the same in merit for what was done by them, what was given by them. In many instances, their own lives.

In total, 3,468 medals have been awarded to 3,449 different people. 19 men received a second award. 14 of these received two separate medals for two separate actions. 5 received both the Navy and the Army Medals of Honor for the same action. Since the beginning of World War II, 855 Medals of Honor have been awarded, of those, 529 were awarded posthumously. (Wikipedia)

Many more have done such things as those who have been recognized with the CMH, but have received no medal for their actions. All that I have seen who received the CMH have stated that they do not see themselves as Heroes, they just did what they felt anyone would have done in the given situation. Such is the character of the American Soldier, Sailor, Airman and Marine.

Gentlemen, you are all Heroes in this Writer's eyes.

And to those who don't have the medals that have still served, you are all Heroes as well. It can never be said enough or expressed often enough...Thank you!!!

Impeachable?...You Betcha!

There is a reason the phrase "High crimes and misdemeanors" appears in our Constitution. Our Forefathers understood the principle that no one, not a Congressman, a Senator or even the President himself, was or is above the law.

Just recently, the press has jumped on what could be termed a high crime, that may have been committed by the Obama Administration. Well, I should say some in the press, while others are trying to downplay the issue...Gee, I wonder why? Their wondrous Obamessiah in trouble and they don't want to report it?

Joseph Sestak just took the Pennsylvania Senatorial Democratic Primary away from Incumbent Senator Arlen Specter. Not that it was a huge surprise, given Specters flip-flopping from one party to the other, depending on his flavor of the day, or that voters are fed up with politics as usual in Washington DC.

What is disturbing, and has come out about the race, is that Joe Sestak made public, on two separate occasions, that the Obama White House had offered him a position within the Administration if he dropped out of the primary and cleared the field for Specter, who was the White House favorite in the run off.

Problem is, Folks...That's not only a crime, but it is a federal offense of a crime, punishable by imprisonment.

Interfering with the Democratic political process in America by offering bribes or favors to a candidate to drop out of a race, or to swing the race in a specific direction will, and should, land you in jail. According to Sestak, this is exactly what occurred. And he said it not once, but twice!

February 2010 - Sestak publicly stated that a White House Official offered him a federal job to end his campaign in the Senate Primary.

May 2010 - Sestak, AGAIN, publicly stated that he was offered a job by the White House in exchange for NOT continuing his challenge of Specter in the primary race.

Time Magazine, which has shown itself to be no more than a liberally biased rag since Obama took office, just ran a story by writer Michael Grunwald who stated:

"If it's true that the White House offered Pennsylvania Congressman Joe Sestak a job to try to clear the Democratic Senate Primary for Incumbent Arlen Specter, that's disturbing. But not because anyone is 'participating in the cover-up of a possible crime'. this doesn't sound like a 'potentially devastating accusation of political corruption', much less an 'impeachable offense', no matter what nonsense Michael Steele and Sean Hannity are peddling"

Well, I hate to bust Mr. Grunwald's chops for being wrong, but...No, I actually am going to enjoy busting Mr. Grunwald's chops for being wrong, and blatantly so.

18 U.S.C. Section 201 - Bribery of a Public Official

18 U.S.C. Section 211 - Acceptance or Solicitation to obtain Appointive Public Office

18 U.S.C. Section 600 - Promise of Employment or other Benefit for Political Activity

For those not in the know, like Mr. Grunwald, U.S.C. means the Federal US Criminal Code.

Now, the problem is that since winning the primary, Sestak has clammed up, and the White House was dodging the question completely. Makes an investigation tough when no one is talking...Hmmm...I wonder why?

Just yesterday, the White House released a statement that it was Bill Clinton who was at fault. Seems, according to the White House, that Rahm Emanuel sent Clinton a memo asking him to "Ask Sestak about his intentions". According to the New York Times, Clinton was gauging Sestaks interest in an unpaid advisory job. Emanual never offered a paying job because he didn't want Sestak to leave the Congress.

So this should make the whole thing go away now...Back to the work at hand of Socializing America...Can't catch us, we're Chicago Politicians, we're too slick for that...

So here's my thoughts, in parts, so you get the full picture.

Sestak makes the claim, not once, but twice, that a White House Official offered him a job.

Sestak wins the primary and suddenly shuts up about the allegations.

The White House dodges questions about the allegations, until now, when it says it was Bill Clinton.

Odd, I didn't realize Bill Clinton was still a White House Official.

I also would have thought that Emanuel Would know what Sestak's "Intentions" were, since he was clearly running for the Democratic place in the Senate Race. Wonder why Rahm couldn't figure that out and had to ask Clinton to do it for him?

Sestak has yet to release a statement on the issue, although both of his allegations have been clearly recorded. Though, he did state to day, he must have been mistaken and told a reporter, "You know people don't care about this, don't You?". Wonder what people Mr. Sestak means?

Attorney General Eric Holder has known about the allegations since Sestak made them, and has done nothing. Wait, isn't he the US Attorney General who is suppose to uphold the law regardless of who is President or who it may entangle? No "Special Investigator" into these allegations?

What does Bill Clinton take away from this? Bill is not known for being any ones scapegoat, he is far to Wiley for that. What is he gaining by having his name brought into the picture?

Why has it taken so long to get information from the White House on this issue? Was it just to buy time so that all the players could get their lines right and be on the same page?

So if the job that "Wasn't" offered, (note the sarcasm), Was a non paying position. Is it still against the law if the job offers prestige in any form, even if not monetary?

For those who would think Sestak may just have misspoke and that possibly he is just dumb enough not to have realized it...This is a retired US Navy Admiral we are talking about here, not some ordinary politician just out of law school. This guy has been around the block a few times and as an Admiral, I will promise you, he knows what he is saying before he says it. You don't become an Admiral by not having all your ducks in a row when you open your mouth.

So what do we make of this? Personally, I think a Special Investigator should be appointed to look into this matter. If the White House has nothing to hide, and if Sestak is not now playing CYA for himself because he upset the wrong people in power, but got it wrong and misunderstood, then there should be nothing to worry about...Right?

Right...

This may be the most impeachable offense since Watergate. You can bet your bottom dollar they are going to do everything they can to cover this up and try to make it go away. Will they succeed? Well, given the media love affair with Obama, we'll just have to see.

If it isn't being reported, then it must not be true, or at least, that is what they like for us to think.

Arizona Politicians Taking Immigration Law Before International Court

NOGALES, May 25, 2010 .- To reverse the effects of SB-1070, legislators in Mexico and the U.S. (EU) have agreed to submit an appeal to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR), since this initiative criminalizes migration with racial profiling in the state of Arizona.

Amanda Aguirre, state Sen. governed by Jan Brewer, read-after a closed-door meeting in the City of Nogales, “A joint statement announcing the promotion of comprehensive immigration reform” before the U.S. Congress- to enable the safe and orderly flow of migrants, in response to the reality of both nations in labor.

“We will seek to denounce the SB-1070 to the Organization of American States (OAS) through the Inter-American Commission of Human Rights (…) in order to determine if the imminent implementation of this legislation violates the human rights of residents Arizona, regardless of their immigration status, “he said. This would be a great punchline to a joke, except that it is true. Now, besides Eric Holder, who at last report had not even read the Arizona Law, and the US Justice Department talking about challenging this in US Federal Court, now we have Arizona Politicians teaming up with Mexican Politicians to challenge this law in International Court?!?
Would someone, please, STEP UP AND STOP THE INSANITY!!!
American Politicians, whether Local, State or Federal, who would dare take an American law before an International Court or Tribunal should be arrested and tried from sedition and treason against the US Constitution!

The Obama administration voted today to support United Nations-sponsored talks on a treaty to regulate the $55 billion-a-year trade in conventional weapons, reversing prior U.S. opposition to negotiations begun in 2006. The General Assembly, consisting of all 192 UN member governments, adopted a resolution setting out a timetable for talks during the next two years on the proposed Arms Trade Treaty, including a UN conference to produce a final accord in 2012. The vote continues Obama administration moves to reverse the policies of President George W Bush. Those actions have included joining the Geneva-based UN Human Rights Council, backing a General Assembly declaration urging the decriminalization of homosexuality and contributing (US) government funds to a UN agency that offers abortion counseling. We are being pushed faster and faster towards a One World Government. As George Bush Sr. Stated in 1990 with the first American President actually using the term "New World Order", Barack Obama continues the tradition of tearing down America with his talk of the new "International Order"...Same thing, different name.

The only thing standing in the way of the Socialist Agenda in the US is our Constitution. They will do whatever it take, even if it means back-dooring treaties, to make it null and void in its current authority.

We as Americans need to keep a fact in mind...No matter what our Constitution states, if our Senate votes to ratify a UN treaty of any kind, that treaty will supercede our Constitution!!! Most people do not know this, and that makes the fact twice as dangerous!

We have Politicians more concerned about International law than about US Citizen Constitutional Rights or Individual State Rights, We have a Supreme Court that has made a recent ruling on a Florida Juvenile Case while citing the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, even though the US has not ratified this treaty!

By the way, this treaty is very dangerous to parental rights as we see them in America. It basically outlines that the child has more rights than the parents and that no child can be coerced to do anything they do not wish to do, to include going to church or any other activity the government would feel the child had the "Right" not to attend.

It comes down to those in power, Liberal or Socialist of course, who think they can raise your children better than you can. The court case in question was Graham vs. Florida if you wish to look it up.

Folks, Obama has called the US Constitution a "Flawed" document...His Administration has shown time and time again that they believe International Law superior to American Law...Why wouldn't they? He went on a World Wide American Apology Tour for Pete's sake!...

Obama and the Socialist that surround him would love to see America become a clone of European Socialism...The only one that can stop this from happening is you...And me...And our votes to put these arrogant, self-styled Elitist out of office!

A History And Civics Lesson, Relevant For Today

Currently, the State of Texas is the center of media attention. The State Board of Education makes the determination on what will be allowed into the Texas Public School education curriculum. The reason this effects other States in the Union is that "As Texas goes, so goes the Nation", in regards to what will and will not be printed in the Public School Textbooks our children will be reading.

The controversy lies in what the textbooks say about America and its history. Texas is on the brink of returning some semblance of common sense to our schools, in my opinion. The Board has heard argument after argument from Liberals and Conservatives, and they are making their decisions now on what will be taught in Texas, and the battle still rages on.

There is no doubt that our education system in America has been controlled these last couple of decades by those on the Left who would re-write history, omit the writings of our Founding Fathers and what they truly believed in and fought for, and who have turned our schools into "Social Incubators", teaching culture and "acceptance", instead of the fundamentals our children need to keep America strong for future generations.

Now, the fight has come to the Texas Board of Education for their omission of "Separation of Church and State" and their decision to teach the idea of "American Exceptionalism". Incredibly, those that are slinging stones over this brouha are angry that Texas, How dare they, would teach about the role God played in the lives of our Founders, or that they would call America the greatest nation, and that they would dare remove the "Establishment Clause" from the Constitution...

Say what?...

So far, some of those speaking out in the media have stated "The Separation of Church and State according to the Constitution", and "The Constitutional Amendment of Separation of Church and State".

Hmm...Now I suppose I should give a history and civics lesson...A lesson relevant for today...

No where, not on any Federal document, is the term "Separation of Church and State". Not in the US Constitution, not in the Bill of Rights, not in any of the Federalist Papers written before our Constitution by our Founders.

If anyone can show me where the words "Separation of Church and State" appears in the US Constitution, the Bill of Rights, or the Declaration of Independence, our three most important documents as a nation, I will peel off my boxers, spread mustard on them, and eat them live, On-Air on my Morning Show.

But Tony, that is what the 1st Amendment says...

No, It isn't. What it says, specifically, is this:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

What that means is that the government will make no law putting one religion above another or creating a state sponsored religion, or prohibiting the free exercise of religion by any American citizen.

It says NOTHING about not mentioning God in our Public Schools and what our Founders believed in and what guided their thoughts, lives and actions.

It says NOTHING about a State not allowing the Bible to be taught, or students, or even teacher for that matter, being able to pray as they choose.

It says NOTHING about a church or minister not being able to speak out against injustice and moral corruption in America from the pulpit, because some Politician has made it a "Political Matter". Examples of this would be Abortion or the Homosexual Agenda in regards to Same-Sex Marriage. Neither of these issues should be handled on a Federal level of government. Both matters need to be returned to the individual states according to the 10th Amendment of the Constitution, period.

Oh, What ever shall we do if our children hear the name of God...Or if they hear about American Exceptionalism...Or they actually find out that our laws in western society was based on Moses and the 10 Commandments.

All of this, over a letter, written by Thomas Jefferson to the Danbury Baptist in Connecticut.

The Danbury Baptist, at that time, was a minority in the state. Some among them felt that the state legislators had not looked out for their religious liberty by not referencing freedom of religion in the State Constitution. Their fear was what could be, a church ran by the State as it was in England, and that their free exercise of religion would be infringed upon. So, they wrote then President Thomas Jefferson. In his return letter to the Danbury Baptist, Jefferson wrote these words:

Gentlemen,

The affectionate sentiments of esteem and approbation which you are so good as to express towards me, on behalf of the Danbury Baptist Association, give me the highest satisfaction. My duties dictate a faithful and zealous pursuit of the interests of my constituents, and in proportion as they are persuaded of my fidelity to those duties, the discharge of them becomes more and more pleasing.

Believing with you that religion is a matter which lies solely between man and his God, that he owes account to none other for is faith or his worship, that the legislative powers of government reach actions only, and not opinions, I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should "make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof," thus building a wall of separation between Church and State. Adhering to this expression of the supreme will of the nation in behalf of the rights of conscience, I shall see with sincere satisfaction the progress of those sentiments which tend to restore to man all his natural rights, convinced he has no natural right in opposition to his social duties.

I reciprocate your kind prayers for the protection and blessing of the common Father and Creator of man, and tender you for yourselves and your religious association, assurances of my high respect and esteem.

What was Jefferson talking about? What we just covered in the 1st Amendment. That government would make no law respecting an establishment of religion. The Wall of Separation he spoke of was not to endorse that God would be taken out of society, but that government would not establish a church or how one should worship. It should be noted that at the time Jefferson wrote this letter to the Danbury Baptist, he was attending church services that were held in the Capitol Building every Sunday. As a matter of fact, those church services had the largest congregation at that time in Washington DC.

But, don't take my word for it...

It is no exaggeration to say that on Sundays in Washington during the administrations of Thomas Jefferson (1801-1809) and of James Madison (1809-1817) the state became the church. Within a year of his inauguration, Jefferson began attending church services in the House of Representatives. Madison followed Jefferson's example, although unlike Jefferson, who rode on horseback to church in the Capitol, Madison came in a coach and four. Worship services in the House--a practice that continued until after the Civil War--were acceptable to Jefferson because they were nondiscriminatory and voluntary. Preachers of every Protestant denomination appeared. (Catholic priests began officiating in 1826.) As early as January 1806 a female evangelist, Dorothy Ripley, delivered a camp meeting-style exhortation in the House to Jefferson, Vice President Aaron Burr, and a "crowded audience." Throughout his administration Jefferson permitted church services in executive branch buildings. The Gospel was also preached in the Supreme Court chambers.

Jefferson's actions may seem surprising because his attitude toward the relation between religion and government is usually thought to have been embodied in his recommendation that there exist "a wall of separation between church and state." In that statement, Jefferson was apparently declaring his opposition, as Madison had done in introducing the Bill of Rights, to a "national" religion. Also odd is the fact that in 1789, our Congress passed a resolution that Bibles should be in every Public School classroom for instruction. You mean the US Congress? The very same.

So in taking a look at history and what it really has to say, I think Texas is on the right track. Let's get back to teaching that America was and is the greatest nation on the planet, because we are...Let's get back to talking about our Founding Fathers and their faith, because it was a large part of who they were and what led them to establishing our nation...Lets begin to tell the truth to our kids about who we are and were we have come from, instead of making it seem that America is the big bad guy in the world and other people have the right to hate us.

Most of all, let's begin to rebuild this nation, based on the Constitution and what it really has to say, not on what some wished it said.

Mexican President Bashes Arizona...From White House Lawn!

Mexican President Felipe Calderon took the unusual step Wednesday morning of criticizing an American law while visiting the White House, saying cooperation is needed to fix the US-Mexican immigration issue but "such laws as the Arizona law that is forcing our people to face discrimination. If we are divided, we cannot overcome these problems."

President Obama welcomed Calderon and Mexican First Lady Margarita Zavala this morning with a hearty, " Bienvenidos" during a ceremony on the South Lawn marking the start of a full day’s worth of events culminating in a formal state dinner this evening, President Obama’s second. (ABC News)

Really? The Mexican President is allowed to come to America, not just America but to the White House, and condemn a law that is in Arizona? And Barack Obama allows this to happen, and even joins in with how he thinks the law will be an issue of racial profiling and civil rights. For whom, Mr. President? The Illegal Immigrants that are in America...Illegally?

Obama also stated that "His" Justice Department was looking at the law before making a determination on how to proceed towards it. Is this the same Justice Department led by Attorney General Eric Holder who has been on numerous news shows condemning the Arizona law...Before he announced before a Senate hearing that he had not actually read the bill?

Don't worry, Eric, you are in good company. Janet Napolitano, Head of the Department of Homeland Security has been out there condemning the Arizona law as well, on a number of occasions...Oh wait...She had to admit before a Senate hearing that she hasn't read the law either!!!

Have you read the law, Mr. President? Has Mr. Calderon read the law? I doubt it seriously on both questions.

So Mr. Calderon wants to condemn the Arizona law, but how does Mexican law deal with immigration in their country?

---The Mexican government will bar foreigners if they upset "the equilibrium of the national demographics." How's that for racial and ethnic profiling?

---If outsiders do not enhance the country's "economic or national interests" or are "not found to be physically or mentally healthy," they are not welcome. Neither are those who show "contempt against national sovereignty or security." They must not be economic burdens on society and must have clean criminal histories. Those seeking to obtain Mexican citizenship must show a birth certificate, provide a bank statement proving economic independence, pass an exam and prove they can provide their own health care.

---Illegal entry into the country is equivalent to a felony punishable by two years' imprisonment. Document fraud is subject to fine and imprisonment; so is alien marriage fraud. Evading deportation is a serious crime; illegal re-entry after deportation is punishable by ten years' imprisonment. Foreigners may be kicked out of the country without due process and the endless bites at the litigation apple that illegal aliens are afforded in our country (see, for example, President Obama's illegal alien aunt -- a fugitive from deportation for eight years who is awaiting a second decision on her previously rejected asylum claim).

---Law enforcement officials at all levels -- by national mandate -- must cooperate to enforce immigration laws, including illegal alien arrests and deportations. The Mexican military is also required to assist in immigration enforcement operations. Native-born Mexicans are empowered to make citizens' arrests of illegal aliens and turn them in to authorities.

---Ready to show your papers? Mexico's National Catalog of Foreigners tracks all outside tourists and foreign nationals. A National Population Registry tracks and verifies the identity of every member of the population, who must carry a citizens' identity card. Visitors who do not possess proper documents and identification are subject to arrest as illegal aliens.

---All of these provisions are enshrined in Mexico's Ley General de Población (General Law of the Population) and were spotlighted in a 2006 research paper published by the Washington, D.C.-based Center for Security Policy. There's been no public clamor for "comprehensive immigration reform" in Mexico, however, because pro-illegal alien speech by outsiders is prohibited.

---Under the Mexican constitution, such political speech by foreigners is banned. Non-citizens cannot "in any way participate in the political affairs of the country." In fact, a plethora of Mexican statutes enacted by its congress limit the participation of foreign nationals and companies in everything from investment, education, mining and civil aviation to electric energy and firearms. Foreigners have severely limited private property and employment rights (if any).

And this guy is going to condemn the US or Arizona for it's immigration laws?!? While the Far Left stirs up the Hispanic population to march, riot, carry Mexican flags, turn the American flag upside down (As done in times of distress by maritime ships)...Perhaps they should be thankful they are not in Mexico doing the same.

Mr. Calderon is not worried about the Illegal Immigrants in America, he is concerned with the over 1 billion dollars a year his country receives from those Illegals in the US that send money back across the border. If he was truly concerned about the plight of Illegal Immigrants in America, perhaps he would work to make Mexico a much better and safer place to live for its citizens. Perhaps even, he would confront the issue of corruption and crime within his own government.

Now we have the cities of LA and San Francisco in California threatening boycotts against Arizona...And Arizona has responded to the City of LA by telling them, "You boycott us, we will cut the power off to your city that you receive from our state", which is about 25 percent of Los Angeles' power grid.

This thing will get worse before it gets better, I'm afraid. And all of this because the Federal Government has refused to do its job and the State of Arizona had to step up for the safety and welfare of it's own citizens.

After their appearance together for the press, Obama and Calderon then retired to the White House where they threw a huge gala in honor of the Mexican President and his wife on their visit.

I would like to point out how Obama left Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of Israel, sitting in an office to "Think over" his refusal to stop building in East Jerusalem after being told to stop by the Obama Administration, so that he (Obama) could go have dinner.

Treat one of our greatest allies like dirt, yet will throw a gala for another who condemns an American law and an American State on the White House lawn.

Jan Brewer of Arizona signed the nation’s toughest bill on illegal immigration into law on Friday...Even before she signed the bill at an afternoon news conference, President Obama strongly criticized it. Speaking at a naturalization ceremony for 24 active-duty service members in the Rose Garden, he called for a federal overhaul of immigration laws, which Congressional leaders signaled they were preparing to take up soon, to avoid “irresponsibility by others.” The Arizona law, he added, threatened “to undermine basic notions of fairness that we cherish as Americans, as well as the trust between police and our communities that is so crucial to keeping us safe.” (NY Times)

Oh really?...Because the last time I checked, the United States was still a Nation of laws. The Progressives in America would like to call the some 22 million Illegal Aliens currently in the US, "Undocumented Workers". Illegal by any other name is still Illegal. But let's take a look at a few facts about this issue. Facts that I doubt you will hear from the MSM and the news cronies who support the current White House Administration and their agenda for America. John Adams said, "Facts are stubborn things", and the fact is that the state of Arizona is running on empty, and has been for sometime. A large part of the reason for this is the price of Illegal Immigration.

PHOENIX -- Saying the cost of illegal immigration has left Arizona broke, state Treasurer Dean Martin has shipped a $1 billion bill to the federal government. Martin sent the invoice to Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, who -- when she was Arizona governor -- billed the Bush Administration almost half-a-billion for the costs of jailing illegal immigrants.

"She said, basically, the system was broken back in 2004, 5, 6, 7 and 8," Martin said Wednesday. "We're hoping to remind her that this portion of the system is still broken. We need your help to fix this." Martin added, "The state's broke. We need cash. This $1 billion would completely replenish the state's operating fund." Martin said he thinks there's a 10-to-1 shot that the federal government will pay the bill. He said he will take legal action in an effort to get the money. (KTAR.com)

Broke...And Arizona isn't the only one. California is in dire financial distress, paying out more than they have coming in, and Illegal's within the state are a very large part of where the funds are going.

Another problem that has been facing Arizona is the drug war that is taking place just across their border in Mexico. this problem has been skirted by and looked over by those in Washington DC for the last two decades. More people have now lost their lives along America's southern border than in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan combined. Thousands dead, police officers and government officials pulled out of their homes and executed in public, running gun battles in the streets, and so on, and so on.

These same drug cartels are using Illegal's as "Mules", carrying drugs across the border into the United States. This situation has become increasingly tense the last few years with US Border Patrol Agents in armed face-offs with corrupt Mexican Military Personnel on OUR SIDE of the border!

Our State Department though, now in the hands of Hillary Clinton, have only accused Americans of being a large part of the problem. On more than one occasion, Clinton has said that the drug cartels are using automatic weapons that were purchased in the US. As a matter of fact, she stated that 90 percent of the guns now illegally in Mexico came from America. This was found out to be a complete fabrication, and yet she continues to use the same false information in press conferences.

Mexico cannot identify most guns, and they ones they have identified, only a percentage were found to be from a US source such as a gun store. Ever try to purchase fully automatic weapons from a gun store in America? You might as well try to get a personal invitation to the White House. The rules are tightly monitored by the ATF and the US Justice Department. Most of the weapons, including the explosives, grenades and RPG's being used by the drug cartels are making their way into Mexico via their southern borders and waterways, not from the US. The US Justice Department also just released these statistics on some of the issues along the southern border.

Three Border Patrol agents are assaulted on the average day at or near the U.S. border. Someone is kidnapped every 35 hours in Phoenix, Ariz., often by agents of alien smuggling organizations. And one-in-five American teenagers last year used some type of illegal drug, many of which were imported across the unsecured U.S.-Mexico border. These facts are reported in the recently released National Drug Threat Assessment for 2010, published by the National Drug Intelligence Center, a division of the U.S. Justice Department. These things are not what you are hearing from the news networks in America. We have a "Free" press that has sold out to an agenda of the left. What free press is left that reports the news unbiased and undeterred by the Government? It doesn't exist today in the United States.

Another thing they refuse to report is the fact that according to a recent poll, the majority of Americans agree with the Arizona law (60 percent), and the majority of Arizona residents do as well, (70 percent). Also not being reported is the fact that Arizona Governor Jan Brewers poll number jumped 16 percent since signing the bill into law. (Rasmussenreports.com).

Have you heard the Left lately? "This law is like the Gestapo in Nazi Germany", "This bill is racist, and is a return to Jim Crow laws of the South", "This law is Unconstitutional", "Illegals have rights, too and deserve the right to be here!"...Uh...No it doesn't, no it don't, no it isn't and no they don't.

All Illegal Immigrants actually have a right to, under our Constitution, is the right to be treated humanely and respectfully as we send them back to the country of their origin until they learn to follow the legal process to be in the US legally, unless they have made plans to be here through Immigration work programs or the US Citizen path available to Non-Citizens.

Under the 10th Amendment of the US Constitution is the clause:

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

This mean that laws and regulations not apportioned to the Federal Government by the US Constitution is in the hands of the individual States and its Citizens, period. Arizona is well within their constitutional right to pass this law.

It should also be noted that this law does not give the Police power to racially profile. What it does is allow is this...If an Officer stops an individual in connection to another offense or criminal act, they may ask the person stopped if they are legal citizens of the United States. That's it! This isn't profiling, this is Law Enforcement and nothing more. The sad fact is, the US has laws on the books on how we are to deal with Illegal Aliens found in the US. And deportation is part of those laws if it applies to the individual, it happens everyday in the US. So why is Arizona catching such flack about passing a law that actually just reinforces the federal laws dealing with Illegals?

The truth? The politicians in Washington or elsewhere are not concerned about the well being of the Illegal Aliens in the US. If they were, they would have already cracked down on corporations and companies that hire Illegal workers, some of which are running nothing better than slave labor camps and sweat shops. But the Illegals are not going to complain...Who would they complain to?

No, it isn't about the individuals, it is a numbers game. What the politicians are after is a bigger voting base. This is why they want amnesty laws passed now, because the millions of Illegals are millions of possible new votes on election day! If they can get the immigrants hooked on social welfare programs, government handouts and all the "Exciting" offers they have to give, then they have a voter based locked in to support of a bigger government that can give them more.

That's just crazy! Is it? Or is it fact? Perhaps, some of the Liberals who are screaming about the Arizona law need to step back and look at what is occurring to these people now that have come to the US illegally.

Perhaps they need to hear the pleas of the Mexican Officials who cross our border, seeking safety and political asylum for fear of the Drug Cartels, or the desperate words of Mexican Nationals who cross the border with their children because their town has been threatened with the deaths of their children of the families don't pay these Thug's ransom payments.

Maybe then, they will understand why Arizona is trying to enforce the immigration laws there. Perhaps if it was their family member that is kidnapped or their kids strung out on drugs shipped in from Mexico, they might get a better picture of what needs to be done.

It is my opinion that Arizona is trying to do what is best for their Citizens. The Federal Government has done nothing but talk. Here's an idea...If you don't live in Arizona and you don't face the issues that they are facing everyday, perhaps it would be best to just take a seat, shut your mouth, and actually get informed before speaking out about what you don't know.

Of course, I don't know a Liberal that can do this, to include our current President for that matter, but it is still good advise.

I have absolutely nothing against anyone that wants to give their family better than they have had. I have nothing against any person coming to America to enjoy the freedoms we have here. We have always been a beacon of hope to others around the world, and we should always remain that beacon. But, there is a right way and a wrong way to do it. Don't come to our country and riot in the streets because you think you are entitled to something you are not entitled to. Don't act like we have to meet you in the middle on this issue, and don't take for granted the kindness of the American people and our nation. Just as simple as that. Come to America, but do it right!

The Civil War Was Over Slavery?...Not Exactly

Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell has come under heavy fire from the left for proclaiming April Confederate History Month. One commentary from the Washington Post stated, "Why doesn't he just declare a Nazi History Month as well". It is ignorant statements such as these from the left that keeps me writing this blog. Now, and I feel it is because he has come under fire for the proclamation, he has apologized for omitting slavery from the proclamation and will add:

"It is important for all Virginians to understand that the institution of slavery led to this (Civil) war and was an evil and inhumane practice that deprived people of their God-given inalienable rights," the new language says, "and all Virginians are thankful for its permanent eradication from our borders."

Part of this is true. it was evil, and we are glad it is gone, BUT, and there is always a big but isn't there? Here is the problem, and I mean it crawls under my skin. So let me get this out of my system.

SLAVERY WAS NOT THE CAUSE OF THE CIVIL WAR!

Now that I got that out, let me point out some facts of history for you about the Civil War and what occurred to bring on the conflict. We need to understand that there was a number of factors involved in causing the war. It is much more complex than one issue, even slavery, and makes it a compelling piece of history. I will try to simply outline those reasons here without being too wordy or lengthy, and do so in lay men terms.

1. The Issue of States' Rights - This was the biggest factor in the cause of the Civil War. Each state was to collect taxes and send that money to the coffers of the Federal Government. The South felt they should have economic subsidies and more reduced taxes because of the cash crops that were only grown in the South, such as sugar cane, tobacco, and cotton. The South had the market cornered with these goods and they felt that they should not be so heavily taxed. They also believed that some in the Northern states worked to keep the prices of these goods artificially low. Where they? They bought the raw materials from the South, manufactured and refined them in the Northern factories and shipped them abroad around the world. It was believed that they kept the prices low in buying the Southern goods to widen their profit margin. Whether they were or not, that is what the Leaders of the South thought was going on.

So the South had a voice in the US Congress by their giving of tax dollars, but they felt they were not being truly represented in the Federal Government that was being lobbied by the banks and industries that were making money off the Southern goods. You also have to keep in mind that we were less than one hundred years removed from the Revolution, and that war began over taxation without proper representation, so I think it would be safe to say, that spirit of individualism and states rights was still very alive and well.

2. Economic Growth & Development - The South had tons of natural resources, the soil rich for growing the agricultural power that it became. The goods grown in the South hit a global market that could not get enough. The North, on the other hand, did not have the access to the global market as the South did with their goods. The fact was, the Federal Government in Washington was Pro-North and Pro-Industry. You must remember all of this was developing during the industrial age in America, which was growing in the North at that time, but they did not want to lose the income the Southern states generated, and it was a huge amount of money.

3. Social Differences and Morals - The Southern and Northern States saw things a lot differently during that time. The term "Southern Gentleman" was alive and well. Southerners saw things from a point of moral conduct, and what they considered "Proper" social behavior. They were very attuned to the principles of chivalry in the South. Meanwhile, for the most part in the North, these social issues were ignored or discarded.

The Northerners where, according to Southerners, unrefined and lacking in moral and social graces. This made for some issue in the politics of the day. Can you imagine trying to talk politics from a Southern prospective with a Obnoxious Northerner, or from a Northern prospective to an uppity, stuck up Southerner? It had more of an impact than you would think.

4. Slavery - Finally, we get to the issue, but as I have pointed out already, not the most important factor in causing the Civil War at that time. At Lincoln's Presidential Inauguration on March 4, 1861, Lincoln stated he had no plans to end slavery in those states where it already existed, but he also said he would not accept secession of states. The Emancipation Proclamation was not passed until January 1st, 1863. The war had already been going on since 1861.

What most people do not know is the fact that Abraham Lincoln would be considered a racist and a bigot by todays standards. In his book, Forced Into Glory: Abraham Lincoln's White Dream, Black American author, Lerone Bennett presents historic evidence supporting the theory that Abraham Lincoln was, in fact, a devoted racist harboring a life-long desire to see all black Americans deported to Africa, not the freedom loving political "god" he has been made out to be. As a young politician in Illinois, Lincoln regularly used racial slurs in speeches, told racial jokes to his black servants, and vocally opposed any new laws that would have bettered the lives of black Americans. I can't say how much of this is or is not true, but one thing is fact, and that is that the Emancipation Proclamation was not to help the blacks who were in slavery as much as it was used to try and control opinion of the war.

If the war had been primarily caused by slavery, why would he (Lincoln) say he had no intention of freeing the slaves in 1861? And why did it take so long to pass the Emancipation Proclamation? Given, a Pre-proclamation was issued as a warning to the south before it became law...A warning from Lincoln to the states to stop secession, not because he was concerned for the slaves, but because he was concerned economically for the North and the nation as a whole.

What was the Civil War about? It was about money, pure and simple. Most of the wars that have been fought throughout history has been about power and money and nothing more. It was an economic war to begin with, and it was then, and should be named now, the War of Northern Aggression. In truth, that is exactly what it was.

I want to make this understood as well. In no way do I think now, or have I ever thought that slavery was "No big deal" or that it was merely just a side issue of the war. Slavery was a tragic and terrible part of American history. Our Founding Fathers who wrote the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution, stated that "All men are created equal, and are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights, among these are the rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." This includes ALL MEN, regardless of being white, black, brown, yellow, red, or purple with pink polka dots. It doesn't matter what color we are, we are all the same in God's eyes.

We should never forget the issue of slavery and the impact it had on our nation, but we should also never rewrite history to be "Politically Correct". Part of the problem in America now is that there are those who believe no one should be offended. Guess what? Someone is always going to be offended! I'm offended that there are those who think no one should be offended! See what I mean?

If we rewrite history, we will never learn from the mistakes we have made in history. We need to remember, we need to try and understand, what they were thinking at those times, what they were involved in and why they did the things that they did. To do so, makes us understand ourselves today, fundamentally, just a little bit better. Knowing our past and learning from our mistakes insures that we are never doomed to repeat it.

I have great pride in my Southern heritage. I had ancestors and family members from my past that fought for the Confederacy during the Civil War. Not one of those men owned a slave, and from what I can tell, ever cared to. they fought because they were called to by their leaders at that time. Some fought because they believed in the cause of the South, as I mentioned above, some fought because they felt their freedoms where being infringed upon by the North. In the end, the battlefields were littered with bodies from both sides of the argument.

In the end, no one really won this war. So many lives were lost in the process of bringing the South back into the union, a tragedy in its own right. This issue alone would open an entirely new discussion of did the Southern states have the right to secede. I believe constitutionally that they did, as our Founders had a fear of a tyrannical government, and the true power was derived from the individual states and the People. but that is another story for another time.

Let's just work to keep history truthful so that we can all see where we have been so we know better where we are heading. Our current Virginia Governor would do well to remember this.

Obama To Open Offshore Drilling For First Time In 20 Years

The Obama administration is proposing to open vast expanses of water along the Atlantic coastline, the eastern Gulf of Mexico and the north coast of Alaska to oil and natural gas drilling, much of it for the first time, officials said Tuesday.

The proposal — a compromise that will please oil companies and domestic drilling advocates but anger some residents of affected states and many environmental organizations — would end a longstanding moratorium on oil exploration along the East Coast from the northern tip of Delaware to the central coast of Florida, covering 167 million acres of ocean.

Under the plan, the coastline from New Jersey northward would remain closed to all oil and gas activity. So would the Pacific Coast, from Mexico to the Canadian border.

The environmentally sensitive Bristol Bay in southwestern Alaska would be protected and no drilling would be allowed under the plan, officials said. But large tracts in the Chukchi Sea and Beaufort Sea in the Arctic Ocean north of Alaska — nearly 130 million acres — would be eligible for exploration and drilling after extensive studies. Well, I have to say I am shocked on one side by this revelation. It was Obama who spoke out against offshore drilling, and chided his opponent, John McCain, during the Presidential election for even suggesting drilling for oil and natural gas. I'm glad that this is finally being do though, and it is something we should have been doing a long, long time ago. Going to take some time because you can bet the environmentalist lawsuits will start flying.

On the other hand, I have to ask myself, why now? For a man that promised his supporters that he would not lift the moratorium on drilling, especially along the Florida coast, and that has shown his far left ideology far too many times for him to have drifted center all of the sudden...What is going on with this?

If political history repeats itself, and it usually does with Obama, there is nothing this man does that does not have strings of some kind attached to it. Coming off the passing of the Health Care reform Bill, AND the government takeover of the Student Loan program, all in one fell swoop, you have to ask yourself if this is not just political maneuvering to gain some support of the 59% of Americans who opposed the passing of this legislation. A Gallup poll from 2008 showed at the time, 74 % of Americans supported the idea of drilling for our own oil and mining our own natural resources. Knowing this fact, is this Obama's attempt to quell some of the heated rhetoric coming his way as of late?

Another point to keep in mind is the current Cap and Trade bill that has been sitting idle in the Senate since the middle of 2009. Is Obama maneuvering to open offshore drilling, hoping Republicans who have supported this measure in the past will be more likely to sign onto his climate change agenda now?

Make no mistake, Obama is not stupid by far, and he has enough political thugs out of the Chicago political machine around him in his administration to tell him exactly how to play the dirty tricks game. I suppose we will have to wait and see. Do not be surprised, however, if this is attached to the new climate change bill, Aka, the Pollution Reduction Act, with some serious concessions needing to be made by the Republicans in support of it, or to use against them if they do not support the legislation with this drilling measure added to it.

The downside to all of this? It wills till take years to get the oil they are now allowing to be drilled. There still has to be environmental studies, there will be lawsuits by the far left fringe and it is far from being over.

However it goes, it is a good plan overall, I will give him that, but Barack Obama does nothing unless it furthers his own agenda in some way. On that, you can rest assured.

Tough On Israel, Easy On Iran

Another day, another chance for the current Presidential Administration to show just how incompetent they are at handling foreign affairs.

The United States has stepped back from a series of harsh measures against Iran and softened proposed UN sanctions to win the backing of China and Russia, the Wall Street Journal reported Thursday. (AFP, Wall Street Journal)

The same political ruler of Iran is still in power, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who has made statements not only against America, but very strong rhetoric against the nation of Israel.

“Anybody who recognizes Israel will burn in the fire of the Islamic nation's fury”

"This regime (Israel) will one day disappear."

"The Zionist regime is a rotten, dried tree that will be eliminated by one storm."

"Israel is doomed to be "wiped from the map" in "a war of destiny."

"The countdown for the destruction of Israel has begun."

"Zionists are "the personification of Satan."

"Israel is a rotting, stinking corpse and will soon disappear"

"A new Middle East will prevail without the existence of Israel."

Ahmadinejad is the same guy that Obama said he would sit down with during his campaign, without concessions being made, to discuss peace. You want to know Ahmadinejad's version of peace?

“The Hidden Imam is heir to everything that has been good and beautiful throughout history, and the call [to await his coming] is a call [to have faith] in the missions of the divine prophets, in monotheism, and in justice.”

Ahmadinejad's dream is to see the entire world under Muslim rule. This mad man has snubbed his nose at the UN and the United States while continuing to pursue nuclear technology. Of course, the UN is nothing more than a Paper Tiger and the US under the current Administration isn't fairing much better.

Obama wants to have the backing of Russia and China in any sanctions that takes place against Iran. Here's the problem. Russia, who is still controlled by those with dreams of the former Soviet Union and it's power in the world, namely Putin, is selling the nuclear technology to Iran. They have also brokered a deal with Iran to help them build their nuclear plants. Russia has one thing in mind, and that is the oil reserves in the middle east. Mark my words, if Iran follows through on Ahmadinejad's words and attacks Israel, Russia will move down through Georgia and Turkey right into the oil fields of Iraq.

In case anyone was fooled, in 2008, the Russian move into Georgia was not because of anything Georgia had done against dissidents in their country, it was to see what the reaction of the world would be, and what happened? Nothing, absolutely nothing. Keep your eyes open Folks. It will happen in an instant if Russia can work it out for their benefit. So far, nothing seems to be stopping them from setting the stage for it.

Meanwhile, we have now taken a hard line against Israel. Secretary of State Clinton has "Reprimanded" Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for the building of 160 Jewish homes in Jerusalem. For those that don't know what the problem with this is, the Palestinians have claimed this part of Jerusalem as their future capitol. Israel, on the other hand, states that Jerusalem is their city, it will never be divided and they have every right to build Jewish settlements in their own city. The US doesn't like it and have said so, saying that Israel is working against peace in the region by their actions.

A fact. Land for peace has never worked in the case of Israel and the Palestinians. When the Palestinians have written within their version of a constitution, the destruction of Israel as a nation, it will never work.

A history lesson. 1947, Israel became a nation. Since that time, Israel has been under constant pressure and attack from terrorist, namely the PLO and Hezbollah, which is backed by Iran and other Muslim countries such as Syria. In 1967, things got very tense. Israel threatened to invade Syria and overthrow the government because of continued attacks on Israel by Syrian backed guerrilla's. Syria, Egypt and Jordan, with the backing of Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Algeria, Iraq, Tunisia, and Sudan went to war. Within 6 days, Israel, who stood alone, had won the war, capturing the Sinai Peninsula, the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, East Jerusalem and the Golan Heights. By all rights, the land taken belongs to Israel. No other nation would be forced to hand over land or spoils of war they had captured from aggressors. But of course, Israel is viewed in a negative sense by most in the UN, and now, by our own leaders in Government in the US.

Benjamin Netanyahu was left to stew in a White House meeting room for over an hour after President Barack Obama abruptly walked out of tense talks to have supper with his family, it emerged on Thursday...The snub marked a fresh low in US-Israeli relations and appeared designed to show Mr Netanyahu how low his stock had fallen in Washington after he refused to back down in a row over Jewish construction in east Jerusalem...

The Israeli prime minister arrived at the White House on Tuesday evening brimming with confidence that the worst of the crisis in his country's relationship with the United States was over...Mr Obama was less inclined to be so conciliatory. He immediately presented Mr Netanyahu with a list of 13 demands designed both to the end the feud with his administration and to build Palestinian confidence ahead of the resumption of peace talks...

When the Israeli prime minister stalled, Mr Obama rose from his seat declaring: "I'm going to the residential wing to have dinner with Michelle and the girls."As he left, Mr Netanyahu was told to consider the error of his ways. "I'm still around," Mr Obama is quoted by Israel's Yediot Ahronot newspaper as having said. "Let me know if there is anything new."...

For over an hour, Mr Netanyahu and his aides closeted themselves in the Roosevelt Room on the first floor of the White House to map out a response to the president's demands.Although the two men then met again, at 8.20 pm, for a brief second meeting, White House officials were quoted as saying that disagreements remained...It was the second time this month that Mr Netanyahu has been at the receiving end of a US dinner-time snub...

Sending a clear message of his displeasure, Mr Obama treated his guest to a series of slights. Photographs of the meeting were forbidden and an Israeli request to issue a joint-statement once it was over were turned down."There is no humiliation exercise that the Americans did not try on the prime minister and his entourage," Israel's Maariv newspaper reported. "Bibi received in the White House the treatment reserved for the president of Equatorial Guinea."(Telegraph.co.uk)

Even Jimmy Carter was more gracious in his approach to the leadership of Israel than Obama has been, and it is well known about Carter's love for the Palestinians. Unbelievable to me that an ally, as close as Israel is to the US, would be treated with such hostility. A clear sign of an administration that has it's head well stuck in its nether regions. This same Obama that gave his first televised interview to an Arab News Network upon becoming President, who spoke to the Muslim world last June in Egypt, who visited a Mosque while there in Egypt, yet sidelining any Christian church attendance here, (unless it has involved a political discourse for his agenda), and who has given terrorists bent on killing our Troops and US Civilians civil rights under our Constitution, is the same Obama who currently shows disrespect for our friends in Israel.

I, for one, have never been one to hold to the notion that Obama is a Muslim, but I will say that being raised with a Muslim Father and Step Father, has given him a very soft spot for anyone practicing Islam. So soft in fact that it may cost us millions of lives and our own national security.

Netanyahu, undeterred by the Obama Administration's strong arm tactics, has again stated that Israel will continue with the building of the Jewish Settlements, that Jerusalem will not be divided and that they will do what they feel is best for their nation.

My hat's off to Netanyahu and Israel. The truth is America would do the same, and no member of this current US Government can deny that fact. Stand your ground, Israel, there are still Americans that love and support you and your nation.

Do you get it?...If you read the actual things said by the so-called "Experts", around 300 of them that are directly tied to the United Nations and the major contributors of climate literature to world leaders, they completely contradict themselves. On the other hand, over 32,000 men of science and learning signed a petition that renounces the theory of "Man Made" Global Warming, (I make the distinction of Global Warming and Man Made Global Warming because there is a major difference. One is caused by solar cycles of our sun, the other is based on the population being responsible.)

Recently it came out that the numbers had been fixed and tampered with, that statistical information on weather and climate had been thrown away or discarded because these same UN scientist and those connected to them, did not want to print or divulge information that showed their information to be incorrect. The lied, played with the numbers, fixed the computer models to show what they wanted them to show and covered it up. Has the MSM reported this? Fox News covered it for a short time...ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, NPR...Not one...NOT ONE of these other supposed news agencies said a word...Not one.

Currently, the Green Nazi in Washington are still pushing for what they now call "Climate Change" legislation...Nice change of words...Global Warming in now the much more user friendly Climate Change. What is coming?...They want to control green house gases that are harmful to the planet, like Co2, which plants use to breath, which we exhale when we breath...This is not about saving the planet, it never has been. It is about more control, power and money.

Al Gore, who I have come to call the "Green Guru", cries out for justice for the planet! We much rise up and make the changes, our lives are in total jeopardy if we do not act and act now to save Mother Earth from us evil, evil people. We need this legislation before it is too late! We have all got to do our part to help the planet survive!...Yet, Al Gore lives in a mansion in Tennessee that uses enough energy in 1 month to supply energy to 19 average sized homes...Rides in armored motorcades with 4 to 6 SUV's that get roughly 6 miles per gallon...Flies all over the planet in a private jet to preach the Green Gospel...Glad to see Brother Al doing his part...Oh, did I mention the millions of dollars he has invested in Green Energy Companies that he stands to make billions from if legislation is passed for climate change? Gee, go figure.

Get ready. Obama and his cronies in the Senate and Congress have their heart set on this legislation...

CNN Poll: 59% Opposed To Obama Health Care Plan

You serious right now?....59%?...This from a CNN Poll, the Communist News Network?...Well, if CNN said it, it must be true. Rasmussen in his poll in April showed 54% opposed. Numbers went up it looks like. I imagine if the truth were known, the numbers are even higher with around 65 to 70%.

Either way, the polls of a Liberal media outlet showing 59% is astounding to me. Yet, the bill is passed and the Democrats now sing the praise of their Obamessiah. "A bill for the American people" is what one politician called it. Well, according to the CNN poll, not 59% of us.

Obama On Health Care "This Is What Change Looks Like"

While on the campaign trail for the White House, Obama's motto was "Hope and Change", the mantra shouted by his supporters, though Obama never really revealed during his campaign what his view of "Hope and Change" really was...Now we know.

Health Care Legislation passed the congress by 219-212, with 34 Democrats against the bill. (http://www.opencongress.org/articles/view/1752-How-They-Voted-on-Health-Care-Reform)

Of course the Democrats who voted for the bill touted this as some great victory...Folks, 220-215 is not a big victory, it is a narrow one. Now, 10 states so far have lined up to file lawsuits against the legislation because of their view it is unconstitutional, which it is. At no time should the federal government be allowed to tell its Citizenship that they must purchase a free market item or face financial penalties or go to jail or both. We have much greater problems in this nation than worrying about whether or not Joe Schmoe down the street has bought insurance.

This legislation is going to be more taxes levied, more government control into individuals lives and more money spent by the federal government that we don't have. The IRS will be the enforcement arm of the legislation, a power and authority they do not have. But have any of the facts slowed the momentum of the Progressive Liberals in Washington?...Not at all...As Democratic Congressman Alcee Hastings stated during a House Rules meeting, "All this talk about rules. There ain't no rules here, we make them up as we go along". I guess Mr. Hastings would be surprised to learn about a document called the Constitution.

I think Obama said it best, didn't he?...This is what change looks like.

US Moves To Cover Fannie, Freddie Loses

The Obama administration's decision to cover an unlimited amount of losses at the mortgage-finance giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac over the next three years stirred controversy over the holiday.

The Treasury announced Thursday it was removing the caps that limited the amount of available capital to the companies to $200 billion each.

Unlimited access to bailout funds through 2012 was "necessary for preserving the continued strength and stability of the mortgage market," the Treasury said. Fannie and Freddie purchase or guarantee most U.S. home mortgages and have run up huge losses stemming from the worst wave of defaults since the 1930s.

"The timing of this executive order giving Fannie and Freddie a blank check is no coincidence," said Rep. Spencer Bachus of Alabama, the ranking Republican on the House Financial Services Committee. He said the Christmas Eve announcement was designed "to prevent the general public from taking note." (Wall Street Journal)

Let's take a walk back in time. 2008, the housing and mortgage collapse hits. Millions of Americans begin to default on the loans they had made. And the shockwave is felt around the world in financial instutions on every part of the globe.

But lets go further back, and look at how it started. A basic synopsis of what occured...

In the 1970's, Jimmy Carter signs into law the CRA, the Community Reinvestment Act. This legislation was to help the lower working class receive home loans through government assistance. Not a bad idea on the surface, and for awhile, it was a productive plan.

In the 1990's, Bill Clinton further expanded the CRA, and made the legislation more open to borrowers. Banks were told they would have to make home loans or be penalized by the government for not doing so. Subprime mortgage companies started giving NINJA loans, (No Income, No Job, No Assets), and thus the boom in the subprime loan industry. The problem was, the loans were made to people who could not afford them, at adjustable rates that would skyrocket after a time. But it was all about the money.

Meanwhile, Fannie and Freddie, both Government controlled entities, told these companies, you make the loans, we will cover them. The loans were sold to Fannie and Freddie, who then bundled them into packages and sold them around the world to financial institutions, all the while stating, "We have you covered"

But no one knew that Fannie and Freddie were doctoring the books. The numbers were not there, nor was the money to cover the massive amount in subprime loans. Why did they cook the books? Because they wanted to look good on record so the CEO's and Executives could make millions in bonus packages. Meanwhile, the time bomb was ticking on the packages that had been sold around the world.

Did no one see this coming? They did.

George W. Bush saw it coming, and he has been the scapegoat for the blame. The fact is, on 3 different occasions during his Presidency, he tried to have legislation passed that would have regulated Fannie and Freddie closer. So what happened? He was accused of bigotry and racism by Democrats sitting in Congress and the Senate, and they crushed any plans of any regulation spoken of by the Bush White House.

John McCain and a small number of other Senators saw it coming, and even tried to pass regulatory legislation, which never made it out of Democrat controlled committees to the floor of the Senate for a vote.

During this time, it should be mentioned that Barack Obama had been working for a law firm that was threatening lawsuits and litigation against banks and helping "Community Organize" against those who were not issuing the subprime loans. Oh, the wonderful connections to ACORN, another Villian in the mix.

Senator Barney Frank, who sit upon the banking and finance committee that oversaw Fannie and Freddie had a gay lover who was an executive at Freddie Mac. Can you say "Conflict of Interest?"

Senator Chris Dodd, who also sat upon one of the financial and banking committees, received sweetheart loans from Countrywide, a subprime lender, as did others in Congress and the Senate. These were called VIP loans, not open to the public, but only to those in power who made decisions about these companies. Again, conflict of interest.

So now, the government who oversaw the downfall of our economy, wants to give unlimited tax payer funds to these same two entities that lied to the American public by lying on their financial records. Backed by a Senate who LET THEM lie...And yet, no one, not a single person involved in all of this, has been charged with fraud or any other crime pertaining to the actions that brought the economic collapse. There are still people serving time in prison for the ENRON scandal, and that was millions of dollars...This, on the other hand, is Trillions of dollars and has cost millions of people their jobs, their homes and in some cases, their businesses.

Our money, our government, corrupt and defunct, in action.

Navy SEAL's Are On Their Own...According To The White House

The White House will not weigh in on the case of the three Navy SEALs facing court martial for allegedly mistreating an Iraqi terror suspect believed to have been behind the slaying of four Americans in 2004.

On Tuesday, one of the SEALs, Petty Officer 2^nd Class Jonathon E. Keefe, 25, of Yorktown, Va., pleaded not guilty at his arraignment at the Navy base in Norfolk, Va. He is charged with dereliction of duty for not protecting the terror suspect and making a false statement. All three SEALs are maintaining their innocence.

White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said the president would not get involved in the case.

“I don’t think the president should get involved in legal cases like this,” Gibbs told CNSNews.com. “If you are looking for comment, I think either the Pentagon or the Department of Justice is a good place.” (CNSNews.com)

So, the White House and Barack Obama will not get involved in this case of three American Heroes...Heroes who work for him, as Commander-In-Chief, in our military.

These three Sailors apprehended Terror Suspect Ahmed Hashim Abed, who is believed to be behind the brutal murder and mutilation of 4 Americans working for Blackwater Security in 2004.

Abed was at one point, turned over to Iraqi authorities, before being taken into custody once more by the US. It was then that it was learned from Iraqi sources that Abed made the claims of being "Punched" in the stomach by the Navy SEAL's when they captured him. Upon further investigation, it was learned that other military personnel have testified that while in US custody, Abed looked fine and made no complaints of any kind towards his captors.

After the charges were leveled at the Navy SEAL's, it was determined to bring them before an "Admiral's Mast", which would have resulted in the SEAL's being disciplined and the issue being placed in their career files. The SEAL's refused to go before the Admiral's Mast, and now, face a general court martial with the possibility of one year imprisonment, being stripped of rank and discharged with a Bad Conduct Discharge from the Navy.

More that 40 members of Congress have already sent two letters to Defense Secretary Robert Gates and Army General Charles Cleveland, Commander of Special Operations Command Central, who originally brought forth the charges against the SEAL's.

So, it looks like no one will come to the defense of the Navy SEAL's. Not the General who brought the charges, not the Secretary of Defense, and not the President of the United States.

Robert Gibbs stated, "I don't think the President should get involved in legal cases like this", but it wasn't too difficult for the President to get involved with a legal case involving his friend, Professor Henry Louis Gates Jr., after he was arrested for disorderly conduct following a police call to his home for a possible burglary in progress. Obama stated then that the cops acted "Stupidly" in Cambridge, MA. And Obama made a fool of himself when it was realized that the officer in question followed procedure to the letter.

So my question is, when did he start having a bout of conscience for speaking up on "Legal" issues? Wasn't he supposedly a Constitutional Law "Professor? A US Senator that voted on the creation of laws? Did it ever become a problem before this case of the Navy SEAL's for him to speak out on legal decisions?

As Commander-In-Chief, he has the power and authority to stop this case in its tracks, but he will not. Why? Because truth be known, he is more concerned about how he appears in the eyes of the Muslim population, especially in the Middle East, than he is about the men and women that serve under him in the Armed Forces.

Perhaps, if we are fortunate enough to see the day, no one will speak up for Barack Obama at his impeachment trial.

Navy SEAL's, rest assured, not only is America behind you, but God is watching, and His Justice does not rise or fall based on anyones opinion of Him.

The True Story of Santa Claus

(We will take a break from our usual discourse on political issues to highlight a special post for the Christmas Season.)

In popular society, much of history and tradition has been lost to commercialism. Santa Claus is seen as nothing more than a toy maker who comes down the chimney's of good girls and boys. But the truth is, there is much more to the story of Santa than that.

It all began in the 4th Century with a man named Nicholas of Myra. He was born during the third century in the village of Patara. At the time the area was Greek and is now on the southern coast of Turkey. His wealthy parents, who raised him to be a devout Christian, died in an epidemic while Nicholas was still young. Obeying Jesus' words to "sell what you own and give the money to the poor," Nicholas used his whole inheritance to assist the needy, the sick, and the suffering. He dedicated his life to serving God and was made Bishop of Myra while still a young man.

Bishop Nicholas became known throughout the land for his generosity to the those in need, his love for children, and his concern for sailors and ships. Because of the many miracles attributed to his intercessory prayer, he is also known as "Nicholas the Wonderworker". He had a reputation for secret gift-giving, such as putting coins in the shoes of those who left them out for him.

Under the Roman Emperor Diocletian, who ruthlessly persecuted Christians, Bishop Nicholas suffered for his faith, was exiled and imprisoned. After his release, Nicholas attended the Council of Nicaea in AD 325. He died December 6, AD 343 in Myra and was buried in his cathedral church.

St. Nicholas became the model of what we now know as the modern Santa Claus, or St. Nick. The Dutch called him Sinterklaas, where we get the English translation Santa Claus. In the Netherlands, Belgium, Aruba, Suriname and Netherlands Antilles, they celebrate every year on Saint Nicholas' Eve December 5 or, in Belgium, on the morning of December 6th. The feast celebrates the name day of Saint Nicholas, patron saint of, among other things, children.

In the Netherlands, Saint Nicholas' Eve, December 5, is the chief occasion for gift-giving. The evening is called "Sinterklaasavond" or "Pakjesavond" ("presents evening"). In the Netherlands, children receive their presents on this evening whereas in Belgium, children put their shoe in front of the fireplace on the evening of December 5, then go to bed, and find the presents around the shoes on the morning of the 6th. The Christmas traditions differ from country to country around the world.

Through the centuries many stories and legends have been told of St. Nicholas' life and deeds. These accounts help us understand his extraordinary character and why he is so beloved and revered as protector and helper of those in need.

One story tells of a poor man with three daughters. In those days a young woman's father had to offer prospective husbands something of value-a dowry. The larger the dowry, the better the chance that a young woman would find a good husband. Without a dowry, a woman was unlikely to marry. This poor man's daughters, without dowries, were therefore destined to be sold into slavery. Mysteriously, on three different occasions, a bag of gold appeared in their home-providing the needed dowries. it is believed Nicholas was the one who did this kind act.

The bags of gold, tossed through an open window, are said to have landed in stockings or shoes left before the fire to dry. This led to the custom of children hanging stockings or putting out shoes, eagerly awaiting gifts from Saint Nicholas. Sometimes the story is told with gold balls instead of bags of gold. That is why three gold balls, sometimes represented as oranges, are one of the symbols for St. Nicholas. And so St. Nicholas is a gift-giver.

Other stories tell of Nicholas saving his people from famine, sparing the lives of those innocently accused, and much more. He did many kind and generous deeds in secret, expecting nothing in return. Within a century of his death he was celebrated as a saint. He is known as the friend and protector of all in trouble or need.

The example of giving gifts today points to the generocity of gool ole' St. Nicholas, as well as pointing to our wonderful tradition of the Wise Men bearing gifts to the Christ child.

The Reid Amendment: Buying the Senate One Vote At A Time

Christmas is coming early for a few lucky states including Hawaii, Massachusetts, Nebraska and Vermont. But their good fortune will come at the expense of other states. Overall, the government health care plan is still alive and well in Majority Leader Harry Reid’s (D-NV) manager’s amendment released this morning, hiding in the form of expanding Medicaid eligibility and inserting State Children’s Health Insurance Plan (SCHIP) rules into the Exchange.

Who are the losers? All the other states. According to the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) analysis of the Reid Amendment, total state funding for Medicaid and SCHIP will increase by $1 billion compared to the original legislation. Clearly if total state spending goes up and spending for a few favorite states goes down, then all the other states are picking up the tab.

New federal rules will punish states that would use the flexibility of current law to increase the share paid by with local governments for Medicaid. California and New York historically have shared the cost and administration of Medicaid with counties and municipalities. States that have not done so in the past will lose federal funds if they attempt to do so now. (Heritaqe Foundation)

This is just part of what we have in store.

Still in this monstrosity of a bill is the facts of tax payer funded abortion, hidden in the fine print.

Also is the fact that those who do not buy an insurance plan from the "Government" list of insurers could be fined, or "Penalized" as they call it, and put in jail if they don't pay said penalties.

Anther issue is the taxes all of us will pay on this legislation, and the fact we will be paying for years before the legislation actually kicks into full effect.

They want your money first to make it possible to pay for this. You pay 4 or 5 years ahead on a 10 year plan. Of course, they don't say how they will pay for it after the 10 year mark. Can you say "Higher taxes"?

Some states get sweetheart deals, like Nebraska, who's Senator, Ben Nelson, was against the bill...Against it, that is, until he was paid off by Reid to get his vote for the legislation. And the great thing about the pay off for Nelson? America's taxpayers get to pay for Nebraska's plan, but not take part in it.

Dirty Politics, Back room deals, Democrats changing wording of the legislation behind closed doors without Republican input...

All of this just to secure the last of the Democrats holding out by either blackmailing them, which is what they tried to do first with Nelson by threatening a military base closure in Nebraska, then by buying them off, as was the final deal with Nelson.

So I guess if they can't bully you, then they will try to buy you off, or vise versa...Chicago politics at its finest, and we have no Congressmen or Senators with enough courage or moral integrity to stand their ground.

What does this bill mean for America?

More government power over the money in the system and over the lives of its citizens. What has happened with this bill is a mockery of what our Founding Fathers stood for and what the Constitution states clearly. Now we have taxation without representation, some states getting cushioned while the other states pay the tab. This is not a union of equality, this is a coming storm upon America called Socialism, or the Left's idea of equality.

Clearly they do not care about the opinion of the American people (58% against this legislation, according to some polls), nor do they care about how much this will cost us in the end.

Folks, the truth is, we are BROKE as a nation. We cannot afford this legislation, and we cannot afford the taxes of an already over taxed working population.

Well, the American voter wanted "Change" and they got it. A change from an already over expanding government into a now rapidly over expanding government...A change from what we have known as Democracy and individual rights into the state telling you what you will and will not do.

I truly believe the agenda of those in power is "Globalization". we have heard it more this last year than any other time in our history. The global market, the global economy, the global crisis...The fact is, the only thing standing in the way is America, the beacon of freedom and liberty, the sovereign nation that has been the standard of excellence in the world. I believe the intent is to break us, as a country and as a people, to bring us down to the level of other nations, not to raise them up to ours. It is far easier to take the rights of a people when they are downtrodden and poor than when they are prosperous.

Mark my words. We are about to see an America most of us never dreamed possible if we do not wake up and shout from the rooftops "NO MORE!". I pray the Sleeping Giant awakes, and soon, before it is too late to hold onto what we have so long cherished in our land.

“Senators on both sides acknowledge that the health care bill we’re considering is among the most significant pieces of legislation any of us will ever consider.

“So it stands to reason that we’d devote significant time and attention to it.

“Indeed, some would argue that we should spend more time and attention on this bill than most — if not every — previous bill we’ve considered.

“The Majority disagrees.

“Why? Because this bill has become a political nightmare for them.

“They know Americans overwhelmingly oppose it, so they want to get it over with.

“Americans are already outraged at the fact that Democrat leaders took their eyes off the ball. Rushing the process on a partisan line makes the situation even worse.

“Americans were told the purpose of reform was to reduce the cost of health care.

“Instead, Democrat leaders produced a $2.5 trillion, 2,074-page monstrosity that vastly expands government, raises taxes, raises premiums, and wrecks Medicare.

“And they want to rush this bill through by Christmas — one of the most significant, far-reaching pieces of legislation in U.S. history. They want to rush it.

“And here’s the most outrageous part: at the end of this rush, they want us to vote on a bill that no one outside the Majority Leader’s conference room has even seen.

Unbelievable! So now they are bringing to the floor, for a vote, a bill no one has even had a chance to read.

Let's just speak straight. This bill is nothing more than a political agenda. It is a push for Socialism bordering on Communism. But what do you expect from a President who has always surrounded himself with Socialist and Communist?!?

Against the will of the People the push this through. I don't know what is going to happen in America in the coming months. More moderates and independents are starting to grow increasingly angry about the "Change" that was promised by the current Administration. If they had only listened closer to those sounding the warning bells, if the main stream media had only done their job like they are suppose to do and reported the facts instead of falling over themselves for their Liberal Messiah...We would not be having this problem in Washington now, or across the rest of the nation.

I think this bill is just the the tip of the iceberg for the arrogant and elitist in Washington...1 more years until we have some votes on some seats in the Congress and the Senate...3 MORE YEARS of Obama and his Communist ideology...

I honestly don't know, if we do not change course now, that our Great Nation will survive it.

Obama Signs $1.1 Trillion Spending Bill

WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama has signed into law a $1.1 trillion bill that increases the budgets in many areas of the government by about 10 percent, including health, law enforcement and veterans' programs.

Obama signed the bill privately at the White House on Wednesday after receiving the bill from Congress on Sunday.

The bill lumps together six of the 12 annual appropriations bills for the 2010 budget year that began Oct. 1.

Most Republicans opposed the bill, citing runaway federal spending. They also pointed to an estimated $3.9 billion for more than 5,000 local projects sought by lawmakers from both parties.

Democrats said the spending would help the economy recover from the recession. (Associated Press)

Well of course he did! It wouldn't be par for the course if he didn't would it? Why, he just spent double in one year what any other president has in the history of our nation. A $1.1 Trillion spending bill...After the now "Laughable-if-it-wasn't-true" 789 Billion stimulus package that has done nothing but add 789 billion to our increasing debt...Their continual push to pass a haelth care reform bill so bad that even Howard Dean, King of Liberal Kool Aid Drinkers, says is not worth passing (Of course, to him it's because it isn't communist enough)...And the talk of Cap and Trade, now known as the Pollution Reduction Act...And they print more and more and more and more money. Can you say hyperinflation and the dollar hitting rock bottom?

So the Democrats are saying we need to spend our way out of the recession...Meanwhile over 15 million Americans are out of work, they are talking about taxes going up and...Oh God...it finally happened...I think my head just exploded...

Seriously though...One of the game plays of the socialist left is to push as hard and as fast as possible while they have the momentum and man power in place to do it. They like the slight of hand shell game, showing you a small crisis over here in their right hand while their left hand slides a bill past you where you didn't see it...Keep your eye on the shell with the pea under it, when in fact, it was never under any of the shells.

Too much going on at once to keep track of, and that is how they want and like it.

Obama Makes Afghanistan Decision

Barack Obama is to set an ambitious timetable for the withdrawal of US forces from Afghanistan, with the first troops pulling out by July 2011. The announcement is aimed at countering US public fears that the country is being sucked into a Vietnam-style morass.

Reflecting the increased sense of urgency, Obama is to speed deployment of an extra 30,000 American troops to Afghanistan within the next six months – a much faster timetable than the 12 to 18 months that had been briefed by US officials up until today.

The 30,000 figure is lower than requested by the US commander in Afghanistan, General Stanley McChrystal, but the Obama administration is hoping that other NATO countries will make up the difference. A senior administration official said the NATO secretary general, Anders Fogh Rasmussen, will announce the deployment of extra troops on Friday.

The additional US forces are intended to counter Taliban expansion and help the Afghan army and police take over responsibility for security faster.

The White House press secretary, Robert Gibbs, spoke today of "an accelerated timetable". During a round of television interviews he said the faster the US forces move in, the faster they will move out. "We can't be there forever," he said.

Obama was looking for an "end game" and wanted to "get in there quickly" and transfer responsibility for security to the Afghan military as rapidly as possible, Gibbs said. An administration official said the US aimed to begin winding down troop numbers in July 2011. (Guardian.co.uk)

I am glad Obama finally made a decision on Afghanistan, but I have to ask was it the right one?

Currently, he is under fire from his base on the left who oppose the war and on the right from those who say we can't leave until the job is finished. The speech was like a middle road of appeasement for both sides of the political aisle. He is sending troops to support those already on the ground (For the Right) but not as many as was asked for by General McCrystal (For the Left). He says he is intent on finishing the job that was begun in Afghanistan (For the Right) but has set a definite time line for troop withdrawal (For the Left).

My worry is that as he tries to play the middle ground, our troops remain in danger. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad he finally made a decision, it has been long enough he could have made a couple of dozen with the information he had on hand. But here are the problems.

Not providing the number of troops asked for could hinder being done more quickly and still place more troops in harms way without adequate support.

Depending on NATO is nearly as bad as depending on the UN. both are nearly useless. We may receive some help from Britain and Australia, but not very much from the others. Proof? Germany sent troops to Iraq, but refused to allow them to engage the enemy.

Setting a timeline for withdrawal at this point is like telling the guy across the table in a poker game what cards you are holding. What is to stop the Terrorist and the Taliban from going underground for the next two years, maintain resources and then resurface when most of our troops are being pulled and doing more damage and causing more casualties?

Just food for thought. Again, I guess we should be glad he finally made a decision, even if it isn't perfect, hopefully it will have the desired effect and we can get our young men and women home where they belong.

The Christmas Season Is Here

We just finished up Thanksgiving, and are now moving into the Christmas season. I love this time of year. The lights, the singing, the cold weather, the Christmas trees and all the smells and aroma's that accompany the holidays.

The look in the eyes of children this time of year. The amazement, the wonder, the excitement. Their surprise on Christmas morning.

But my main reason for loving Christmas is that it is the time we celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. It is the reason for the season.

I will not be posting as much for the month of December. I want to take this time to remember the blessings we have as a nation, to remember the men and women who have sacrificed for us to have our freedom and liberty. I want it to be about family and about community, about getting back to remembering what this season really is all about.

I pray that everyone have a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful holiday season.

Well, I Made The News...Again

In this mornings addition of the Galax Gazette, I was written about in the "Hotline", a section that readers can make comments to the paper. Of course, no one making comments in the Hotline has to put their names on their comments, so I take it with a grain of salt. If you are not man or woman enough to back up what you say, then don't say it, simple as that. Anyway, here was the comment that was left.

"I was listening to a radio announcer and he was telling the radio audience that if he was guarding the man who [allegedly] committed the massacre at Fort Hood, he would never make it to court even though he says he is a Christian. He is judgmental and biased. I have never heard of anyone speaking this way, saying they are a Christian. This radio station should sanction this garbage coming out of his mouth. What would Jesus do?"

I could say that things like this bother me, but I would be lying. I have been a frequent guest of the Hotline in the past, this is no different.

Of course, I said that. And I meant it, which is why they will never let me guard the guy. So Major Hasan walks into the building, yells "Allah Ackbar" and opens fire, killing 13 of America's finest and best, and one unborn child in the attack, and injuring 30 more. And I am judgmental and biased and not a Christian because I think this man needs to be taken out and shot. Do we need a court with the number of witnesses we have? Do we need more than his e-mails to terrorists about his beliefs?

I say we save the money for the cost. He was caught with the gun in his hand. Put him down and save the trouble. But that will never happen. We have a joke of an Administration that refuses to call the attack what it was, a terrorist attack on American soil against our troops, and even goes so far as to try foreign terrorist in civilian court in New York City, allowing them the rights they would allow a citizen of this country.

Being a Christian does not make me perfect, not does it keep me from anger over this situation. Should I be praying for Major Hasan? I probably should, but honestly, I'm not. If I am praying for anything, it is for him to find justice very, very soon.

Not to long ago, we all remember Michael Vick and the dog fighting that took place, and then it was cows in a slaughterhouse being neglected or mistreated and now, it is pigs at a pig farm, caught on tape by PETA, being mistreated.

Let me ask this question, because it has always proved a troublesome one to me...

These people, most on the far left fringe, most in groups like PETA, will scream, cry, boycott, march, throw tantrums, even break the law, over animals.

Where are these same people when a woman is walking into an abortion clinic to kill the unborn child inside her? The fact is, many of these same people believe abortion is a womans right.

What Michael Vick did was deplorable, by all accounts. But, the man pulled more time for fighting and mistreating dogs than some people have pulled for murder. It was bad, it was detestable, but he did pay his debt to society, according to the law, and yet, people still want him condemned.

The cattle and the pigs, on the other hand, are there for one purpose, and that is consumption. So these animals are going to be killed for food, and these people are screaming about mistreatment?!? Does this make any sense to anyone else, because it doesn't to me.

I should say, I do not condone the mistreatment of animals of any kind, but does anyone else see the problem here?

We will go to these lengths over an animal, yet we allow the killing of innocent human beings, somewhere around 4,000 a day, that's about 50 million since abortion became "Legal". If you do speak up against it, you are called names and accused of not being for women's rights. They act like you have stepped out of the Dark Ages.

Will common sense ever return to America? Will we ever realize the path of political correctness that we have walked on is a path that leads to a society of complete ignorance? When a person will scream and yell about the mistreatment of animals and in the next breath talk about a "Womans right to choose", there is some major disconnect going on somewhere in our country.

God help us. I don't know that anyone else, but Him, can.

U.S. Knew of Suspect’s Tie to Radical Cleric

WASHINGTON - Intelligence agencies intercepted communications last year and this year between the military psychiatrist accused of shooting to death 13 people at Fort Hood, Tex., and a radical cleric in Yemen known for his incendiary anti-American teachings. But the federal authorities dropped an inquiry into the matter after deciding that the messages from the psychiatrist, Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, did not suggest any threat of violence and concluding that no further action was warranted, government officials said Monday.

U.S. intelligence agencies intercepted 10 to 20 e-mails from Hasan to Anwar al-Aulaqi, a U.S. citizen who once was a spiritual leader, or imam, at the suburban Virginia mosque where Hasan had worshiped, said a law enforcement official who spoke about the investigation on condition of anonymity. According to the officials, the Army was informed of Hasan's contact, but it is unclear what, if anything, the Army did in response.

Rep. Peter Hoekstra (R-MI), the ranking Republican on the House Intelligence Committee, said that he requested the CIA and other intelligence agencies brief the committee on what was known, if anything, about Hasan by the U.S. intelligence community, only to be refused.

In response, Hoekstra issued a document preservation request to four intelligence agencies. The letter, dated November 7th, was sent to directors Dennis Blair (DNI), Robert Mueller (FBI), Lt. Gen Keith Alexander (NSA) and Leon Panetta (CIA).

Hoekstra said he is "absolutely furious" that the house intel committee has been refused an intelligence briefing by the DNI or CIA on Hasan's attempt to reach out to al Qaeda, as first reported by ABC News. "This is a law enforcement investigation, in which other agencies-not the CIA-have the lead," CIA spokesman Paul Gimigliano said in a response to ABC News. " Any suggestion that the CIA refused to brief Congress is incorrect." (Washington Times, ABC News, Politico)

When I read these articles, which I condensed above, I thought my head would explode. We have Obama saying, "Let's not jump to conclusions...", the DHS Secretary saying they are watching closely to make sure there is no 'backlash' against Muslims because of this shooting.

I was very inquisitive about why the FBI was sent from the San Antonio, TX office when the shooting happened. The FBI has never, nor does it now, have jurisdiction over a military post. The Provost Marshal is the head law enforcement officer, and the military has always handled situation "In House". So, it did seem odd that the FBI was en route to Ft. Hood within an hour of the shooting. Now, it would seem we know why. They knew what we are just learning about.

ABC News originally broke the story of the e-mail conversations, and my hats off to them for actually doing their job in this instance. But my question still remains, why did this need to be "Uncovered" by the news agency? Why was the government to open about what occurred?

This whole matter is going to be twisted to put the best spin on it, in regards to Hasan. Our leaders and our media is so "Politically Correct" towards Muslims that they refuse to call what happened what it really was, a terrorist attack on our troops.

When will our government wake up? When will they realize that their politically correct refusal to speak the truth about the truth is going to destroy this country? Their political correctness, did in fact, cause 13 men and women, one pregnant, their very lives at Ft. Hood.

Is Obama A Muslim?

This is a question that seems to continue coming up. Just this morning I received a call from a loyal listener on the radio program and they wanted to send me an e-mail of the latest video talking about "Obama's Muslim Faith", and wanted to get my take on the issue. Well, I watch the entire video, and honestly, it didn't change the opinion I have had all along about Obama.

No, I do not believe Barack Obama is a Muslim. I also do not believe Barack Obama is a Christian. I do, however, believe that Barack Obama is an Opportunist, and that he will use whatever resources he has on hand to further his own agenda, be it Islam or Christianity.

On the Muslim issue, it is true that Obama attended a Muslim school in Indonesia. It is also true that his father and step-father were both Muslims. During the election, Obama was quick to shy away from the talk of his "Muslim Roots". Now, as President, he can't say enough about them. He declined the mention of it to become elected by a people at war with radical Islamist, but now wants to tout it to world leaders of Muslim nations, as if it will do some good to gain their good graces. (It won't, by the way). But, I am not going to deal with the Muslim issue, more simply, just the Christian one.

To me, it all started even before his "American Apology Tour" and making the statement, not once, but twice (Once here then again overseas) that whatever America once was, it is no longer a Christian nation...Well, I beg to differ. It is not America that is no longer a Christian nation, but it is a nation without, whatever he once was, a Christian President.

In May of 2008, while speaking to a group of "Liberal Clergy", Obama made the statement that he prayed to Jesus every night, believes in abortion rights for women and he thinks homosexuals should be allowed to marry. He also stated, "If people find that controversial then I would just refer them to the Sermon on the Mount, which I think is, in my mind, for my faith, more central than an obscure passage in Romans".

That "Obscure" passage he is talking about is Romans 1:18-33. Let me make this clear to anyone reading this, that to refer to ANY passage of the Bible as "Obscure" shows a theological ignorance of the Scripture, especially for one who would call themselves a Christian. For those not Christian, this may not mean much, but for us Believers, the Bible is not just a book, but a Living Word, inspired by the Holy Spirit of God to 42 men who wrote 66 books over a period of about 4,000 years, with no contradictions of value or merit from one book to the other. To us, it is infallible (Trustworthy, Tried and True) and inerrant (Does not make mistakes, is uncorrupted).

Obama went on to mock the book of Leviticus and its passages about homosexuality, stating perhaps we should go back to the laws against eating shellfish or slavery. Again, a completely ignorant view of the Bible, and I would doubt seriously he has much more knowledge than he has been told to by his, then Pastor, Jeremiah Wright, a man who preached not the Gospel of Jesus Christ unto eternal salvation, but a Black Liberation theology with its roots in Marxism.

Obama has bought into the lies that many calling themselves "Progressive Christians" in America are falling into. A liberal doctrine of Scripture and Faith.

A doctrine that says there are many paths that lead to Heaven, not just one (Though Jesus clearly spoke of Himself as the Way, the Truth and the Life and that no man comes to the Father ((God)) in Heaven except through Him ((Jesus)) in John 14:6).

A doctrine that says Abortion is not a sin. As a matter of fact, one Episcopal Bishop stated recently that performing an abortion was looked upon by God with favor and praise, because you were ending an "Unwanted" pregnancy. Although a number scripture speak of God forming us in the womb, and even knowing us and our works before we are born! (Psalm 127:3, Psalm 22:10-11). And another part of the scripture completely condemns the killing of innocent children! (Psalm 106).

A doctrine that says the Bible is not Divinely inspired, but a book of fables and stories. That those things that are written never occurred but where simply moral lessons for another time and people. Too bad that they have not heard the news that Archeology has proven the Bible true in everything is has said about it's own history, even when the Archeologist did not believe it themselves until finding such proofs!

One example would be the city of Jericho, discovered in the 1930's, thought to have been a myth of the Bible, and guess what? That's right, not only did they find the city, but the walls of the city had fallen on themselves, not out, not in, but down, just as the Bible described it in the Book of Joshua. And the world of Archeology and science are filled with examples of things the Bible had already spoken of, only to be proven true by research or findings.

Let me say this. It is not my place to judge any man's eternal destination. I cannot say if Barack Obama will go to Heaven when he dies, I cannot say that he will go to hell when he dies. Only God alone can judge the soul of man. BUT, we can, according to Scripture, call wrong wrong, sin sin, and immoral immoral. In fact, we are to do so, because the truth of knowing sin then makes each of us aware of our need for Christ.

This not being a theological blog, I will end there. But, suffice to say, my personal opinion is that when it comes to faith, Obama is a very mixed up and very confused individual. A Muslim? No. A Christian? By his own words and statements judging him, No. An Opportunist? Absolutely. With both faiths, or without them, he will use whatever is at his disposal to get his agenda passed.

A Communist?...At worst. A Socialist at best, and very, very likely indeed.

Lets just call a spade a spade. The Major in question is nothing more than an Islamic terrorist. I am sick and tired of this kind of action being sugar coated by the "Politically Correct". Our soldiers are in a war against a religious ideology, and the enemy is in their midst, thanks to the outreach of our government for more Muslim servicemen. Our young men and women were "martyred" by this nut. And that is how we should look at it, as we are locked in a battle of religious and spiritual implications as much as a battle of physical warfare.

I am at a loss for words at the sorrow I feel for the families of the victims of this terrorist attack, and that is exactly what it was, a terrorist attack. My prayers go out to those these brave soldiers leave behind.

There is more news of Hasan coming out now, yet unconfirmed. His neighbors stated Hasan had given away furniture and given them copies of the Koran the morning of the shooting. It should also be noted that former colleagues have now spoke about comments made by Hasan in the past. He made statements that Muslims should rise up against their aggressors, soldiers falling upon grenades to save their comrades was akin to suicide bombers dying for a nobler cause, and about his upcoming deployment overseas and his disdain for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Of course, the investigators are slow to say it was a terrorist attack. What else would you call it? Whether this man had direct connections to some outside organization, he did take it upon himself to perform this attack, and from all current reports from those around him, did it for the Muslim cause.

A religion of peace? A religion that has given much to our society? Well, that is the words of Obama about the Muslim faith and Islam. I think it's time to be honest, this is not the first time a Muslim has attacked other soldiers in the US Military.

My "bigotry" against Muslims, as many will probably call it, does not go so far as to call all Muslims extremist or radical, but the fact remains that the lies being perpetrated by the Main Stream Media and those in Washington DC about Islam being a religion of peace is a complete fabrication and outright lie. Their own Koran tells the true story of how they view those who are not Muslim or do not believe Allah is the only God.

I imagine by the time this investigation is done, the White House will figure out a way to spin this as not being a terrorist attack and that Hasan's Muslim faith played no part in the attack.

I say B.S. As much as the government will not let a person serve if they are the member of a subversive group, they should also not let those who follow the tenants of Islam serve either.
